Going west on Michigan Ave when you pass Outer Dr intersection you will see a Charter One Bank on the southside of Michigan about 1/4 of a mile past Outer Drive. Turn left onto Kandt which is the street right next to the bank. Kandt ends at keane street where the customer will turn right and head west to Telegraph. just before you get to the Telegraph service ramp to Michigan Ave you will see a driveway on your right where you will enter the property(about 15 feet before the service ramp).

I have only had a unit here for a week, but... Easy peasy to get in, Ashley was very nice and accommodating. The facility is as nice as could be. I really like the drive through area with the elevators right there. One can load and unload inside, regardless of weather. Top notch facility. It is not all that cheap, but that is compared to what I think it is worth. The pricing is in line with other area storage.

Biggest downside of the building is the drive in entrance. It has so little space and it's on a curve making it difficult if you're driving a truck or towing a trailor.

Brittney at iStorage (23954 Kean Street) was amazing. She was responsive, helpful and always pleasant. I was sort of a pest as I was setting this up for my company and there was a bit more paperwork and back and forth needed to get our unit rented and payment processed. SSS - Dearborn: "When Better, Counts". This facility would be rated 5 starts, yet does not have a public bathroom onsite. I've utilized Simply Self Storage Dearborn, for over 4 years. This clean, well lit, room-temperature, and safe storage unit is reasonably priced. Monica, the onsite property manager, has **always** been very accommodating, as I travel internationally, and live overseas. She had coordinated lock removal and replacement and 24-hour access - without fail. During my (final) move-out, Monica promptly supported my request for 24 hour access and effectively advised me on the appropriate moving-truck size. Furthermore, since I was a 1-man moving team, she noticed my level of exertion spanning an 8-hour period, and discretely provided a bottle of cold water and a left-over moving box (which I needed)! Thank you Monica!

Every time I am in there she is working to keep the facility at its finest. She is so helpful. If you need a storage unit, I highly recommend Simply Storage on Kean for the price, convenience and most of all customer service!
The facilities are clean and well maintained, plus safe. The service is what really stood out. I have never had to have a unit, so I really didn't know what I needed. I explained what I was going thru, and Monica was able to help me determine exactly the right size and depth for my needs. I have rented from several storage companies before in which I was very dissatisfied with , until one day I was in need of storage with little notice I called this location, and it was almost time for them to close and I told Monica my situation and in her nice voice she said don't worry I will wait for you.
