Unfortunately the only downfall is they don’t have climate control which is what we need. She referred us to another location. Excellent customer service!

Everything went smooth

Recently moved out of the storage unit as I no longer needed it; however, I forgot to call prior to or the day of moving out. I called a couple of days later to complete the move out process, but Rose was already aware and did not charge me for the extra days that it took me to contact them. She was very pleasant to speak with and made me feel welcomed to come back anytime.

Was in my unit for over 5 years. Never had problems with mice or water. Staff is always easy to get ahold of and willing to fix anything that needed attention. If I had any complaints it would be the insulation falling and prices going up, but that's with everything today. I would recommend this storage facility over all.

Searching for a the right storage place can be stressful and challenging. These guys at iStorage made it simple and pleasant. They were welcoming and very funny! The grounds were kept well and the unit was updated and super clean!! The best part? The prices are cheap!

I urgently needed a storage unit on the same day I called iStorage in Huber Heights, Ohio. I showed up with all of my worldly possessions in tow, hoping they would be able to rent a unit to me right then. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to rent the size unit I needed. These people are very friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them.

So easy! Tried other storage places in the area first and it was such a cluster. Finally found iStorage and I was at my storage unit dropping stuff off 20 min later. Booked it entirely online without the hassle of dealing with robot phone operators or meeting up with a property manager. Easy to set up and also very easy to get to, even came with a lock inside my unit. The screen on the gate entrance to the storage units is somewhat hard to read but once your figure it out it's quite easy. Just make sure you hit "*", then your code, then "#" to enter.

The manager Kevin is awesome, he answers all my questions and has been very helpful. He's always in a good mood too.

Nice place. I reserved a unit online with a special "online" price. I show up to pay and finalize the reservation and I am told a different (more expensive price). I explain to them about the online reservation and the special pricing for that day and they honored that price. Just rent my 10x10 unit from istorage. Tammy the manger was very friendly she made sure my unit was sweeped before we came. Prices are very reasonable.

When I set up my storage unit the customer service was good. However in the months since I've had my storage unit I've been very unsatisfied with the hours. Litterally there 30 minutes or an hour nobody there and no access. Its very inconvenient. Also, the recent increase in price I'm dissatisfied with because although they are still reasonable I'm now paying more for less.

It was close to home. -Cons After getting my unit it became quite difficult in working with Heather she seems to lack the skills of dealing with the public not did she ever want to rent me additional units! I would call with a van full of merchandise and would always be told either no others available or I would get a call back from Tammy and never got any calls, I would call maybe 330 or 4pm ane also be told that there was someone already coming in for any unit I would inquire aboutand tell me I would have to wait for be there in 20 minutesbecause she was leaving. What happens if someone walks in off the streets 5 minutes before Tammy is suppose to leave. Is she turning them away like she did me? I feel very slighted by her! Come to find out she didn't ever leave my messages for Tammy or another girl to call me back. Very frustrating beyond belief. So I made the decision to move the a completely different storage facility because of dealing with Heather or should I say the lack of being able to deal with Heather.

So I show up right as they're closing for the day, and I NEEDED a storage unit that day. Customer service spoke volumes when not only was I taken on a tour after they closed, she also helped me redeem a promotion to help me rating some money for my move. I couldn't reccomend this place for your storage need any stronger. Wonderful staff too!

This is the second time we've used them in several years and all my stuff stays good and dry. Price isn't bad either.

Very easy process. Reserved online. Went and viewed the sizes of actual units. The one I picked was too small, so she switched me to a larger unit with no problem! Note to new users: Lock your empty unit same day. I forgot to secure my unit, but they called and politely reminded me.

This being my first experience renting a storage unit. I did my research & decided to check out Simply Self Storage in Huber. Natalie was very helpful in introducing me to the process and ensuring all my questions were answered. She took plenty of time to show me around to multiple units, while making sure I had all the info I needed in order to make my decision.

Good customer service and the staff was very friendly. The storage facility was perfect for storing items such as a vehicle and other miscellaneous items. I would definitely trust them again. Just be wary that the insulation tends to fall off and gets dust everywhere. Not a big problem.

Great customer service! When I came in Natalie greeted me and offered to show me the unit I had reserved. She gave me personal experience being a customer there herself. She also allowed for me to pick the unit that I wanted out of what was available. She was very informative in letting me know how everything worked and answered all of the questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to a family or friend.

Love this storage company! I went here last minute and they gave me a great space at a great deal. The workers are so nice. They always somehow remember every body! Although i am ending my services with them as of now, the next time i plan on moving, i will be back!

A storage facility located off a suburban dead end road juxtaposed to the highway, there is light traffic coming and going, which is a definite perk. Gate code works for entry and exit. Good hours of operation for both the office and the facility. The ability to schedule automatic payments or make single payments online through their website is a welcome convenience. The monthly rates are competitive as well. Two minor things I would change - the foam insulation needs to be fixed or replaced as it was coming down in my unit in huge chunks and had me coughing quite a bit. Also, not having on-site garbage disposal was quite inconvenient. When people are moving things in or out, sometimes they dispose of things like broken items, boxes, etc. It would be nice to not have to haul trash out along with what I wanted to keep. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone around the 70-75 interchange.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. This place is a home away from home for your belongings. Also, they are more than willing to work with you. I was in between jobs and because I discussed my issues with the manager she helped me from being charged some additional fees I could've been charged. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage. Thank you all for the great experience. Ill be back if I have additional storage needs!! Keep up the great work! Natalie was very helpful and one of the DELIGHTS of my day dealing with a chaotic move from Cincinnati to Dayton. She checked to see if they had any summer specials and they did which I was glad to hear as moving can be rather costly. Their prices are AMAZING in comparison to many storage facilities within the area, about 50% less and the grounds are secluded and surveillanced 24 hrs a day. Leasing and getting in and out of the facility was a quick process, the manager was very polite. I highly recommend them.

Natalie was a great customer service representative. As a CS professional, i know it is often a thankless job and hard to stay as vibrant and happy to every customer who walks in the door as she was. We are using storage under less than happy circumstances and she honestly brightenned our day. She deserves an immediate raise!! As for the facility itself, there was currently no power in our unit (not SSS' fault), and there is insulation that falls from the ceiling, though this may be typical among storage companies. The property is accesible and big enough to maneuver a 16ft truck around (carefully) SSS itself gets 3 stars for quality and pricing, it was Natalie herself that brought it up to 5. We also had to switch units due to an error on our part and Tammy was kind enough to come outside in the cold and unlock the gate and let us in and was very helpful in quickly correcting OUR error. As customer service people make or break an experience, Natalie and Tammy were both great! 5 stars and a 20% raise for them!

I have two friends that have used Simply Self Storage, off Wild Cat, and I stopped in to check out the storage units. I talked to Tammy. She showed me a unit that was perfect for the size I needed. I liked the location and that it had security cameras around the unit. I was looking for a unit that was temperature controlled otherwise it would have been perfect. Tammy was very helpful and suggested another location that had temperature controlled units. Had I needed regular storage I would be renting here. I will be referring friends to stop in and talk with Tammy, should they ever need a storage unit.

I stopped in late one Friday afternoon needing to rent a storage unit. I was greeted promptly by Natalie. It was somewhat busy inside the tiny office. A couple of people were ahead of me.I was really impressed at how well she handled the consistently ringing phone and the customers who were across the counter from her. She truly had her hands full being the only employee inside there.Yet she remained positive and kind.I chose this company because I've used them in the past without any issues.I would diffently recommend them to anyone who needs a unit.
