A little pricey, did store with them for a while. I started with their promotion but there was no timeline as to when the promotion would end. The place is kept clean, always carts available to move things. Indoor and climate controlled. Pathways can be a little narrow with the carts so be mindful of your wider items. Easy to cancel as well with very helpful staff members.

The place is well kept and clean. The bad part is noy knowing if in 2 to 3 months if the cost of the month to month is going to increase more and more. It seems like the cost is rising, but the unit space is still the same. Once a year seem more reasonable.

Very nice and very clean!

Facility clean and easy to access. Stored household goods for a year and a half and a bit disappointed at how rapidly cost escalated from original contract, however do feel the building and space superior to other climate controlled storage facilities. Dollies provided. a bit difficult to maneuver when in tight areas such as getting on elevator, but appreciated having them.

Clean, well lit facility, with great customer service. I feel comfortable knowing my stuff is safe there.

Great location and quality facilities

In the first 6 months we had some issues with changing rent prices. When I reached out with concerns about the changing prices, I talked with a very nice lady that was very understanding and worked with me. She explained how their pricing worked (which no one else ever explained) and we came to an agreement. She had great customer service and made me feel like their customers and their service are important for their business.

Climate controlled, new clean units, as I was moving in I noticed workers sweeping and keeping it clean - very impressed!

I loved this place. The facility is clean and climate controlled. The staff is amazing and they went above and beyond any other storage space I've ever rented. Highly Recommend!
