Great the staff was professional and very helpful in answering any questions. I was confused when they gave me a truck with no gas in it do to theft of gas from their trucks.

My unit from the auction wasn't clean but the facility is very clean and the employees are very nice.

Before I came to this storage, I already visited two storages and their customer service showed that they lack kindness. But this place, the employee has great customer service and great knowledge of the place.

We've only been with istorage for a short time, but it's been very pleasant so far. Margarita, the manager, gave us our first month free with just a processing fee, and it really eased some of the worry about all our moving fees. So far, the rent is affordable, our space is very clean, and getting in and out has been no hassle at all. Insurance on my unit is $12 a month for $1000 worth of loss, but I'm not too worried, since there are cameras everywhere and you need two different codes to get inside. I've had some bad experiences with sketchy storage places, but this one feels very safe, and that they're going to take care of my things properly.

Recently visited the facility this past week, excellent staff and friendly, had many questions and all were answered, unfortunately wasn’t able to get a storage due to personal financial reasons, but will be my number one spot when I am able to rent a storage unit with them. No complaints, clean and maintained by the looks of it.

Clean and secure. Set up a 5 x 5 for myself before the big move. Sally and her manager helped me out with a great special. Took the extra time to make sure I was happy.

This place is top notch. LaRisha, the store manager, is very helpful and accommodating and the assistant manager, Sally is always trying to help me get the best possible deal. I own a dance studio, and need to rent a u-haul frequently for prop transportation and they always help me out. Best deal around and great customer service! Place is nice and clean too! Highly recommend this location.

The people are so friendly and the process are so great went to 3 other storage places and wow the difference is night and day!

iStorage has a great staff with wonderful customer service. It's easy to drive once inside. They are very clean with lighting in the storage units. Gate hours are reasonable. I feel the prices are a bit much yet they are about the same price as the rest of the units in Moreno Valley. Per website states open at 09:00 am yet their hours changed to 09:30 which it's stated on the office window. They also offer uhaul services. I'm comparing my experience with the one I just shared with Alessandro storage whom threatened to call the police on me when we were moving in and lost track of the time. We had no lighting which made it hard to see how to organize. I had to beg for 5 minutes. About 3 days later, I paid for movers to move everything out of Alessandro storage to iStorage with a much better experience.

Great customer and very easy to locate. The most annoying thing that I’ve come across is that they park a U-Haul right by the drive up for the code to the gate entrance is. You can’t really drive up because of the U-Haul so you have to get out of the car to enter the code: Other than that it’s a safe and clean place for storage.

Had looked at quite a few storages but when i went to iStorage i loved how clean their facility and units were, that and their late open gate hours. But most of all Shelley’s great customer service she’s awesome, funny, and super helfpul!

I love this place . Vivian is Not understanding about rules and protical that must be taken before actions. It seems to me that the managers knowledge of this type of situation was right in target and sensed that there would be pending issues. So to insure that there wouldn't be any problems, she followed the protical and didnt sell them a unit. So the manager is obviously a very good asset to the company. Its sad and pathetic that people do not understand that employees must follow procedures no matter when they change.

Had an issue it was handled and corrected fast and professionally. I had 1 to 2 unites there for over 2 years. The grounds are always clean and the staff is great to.

Ruben and his team took great care of us. The units were clean and safe. We stored art, antiques, furniture, books, all kinds of stuff. This is by far the most efficiently run storage place I have ever experienced. The staff, especially Reuben, are professional, helpful, organized, and VERY on top of things. The best customer service I have ever experienced at a business. The location is clean, safe, affordable, and overall a fantastic experience all around. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff here should teach every employee how to do customer service right!

I was in a pickle with a bad roommate experience which required me to go into "evac" mode. I called a few storage places that were much more expensive and had no truck for use. Surprisingly I stumbled upon this location and not was I glad. Diego the clerk and Ruben the manager were nothing less than awesome. I told them my situation and they came to my rescue. Their service was simply extraordinary given my situation. I got the first months rent for free, less the admin fee and insurance. I got the uhaul truck and boxes all for an unbeatable price. I was explained in detail how to enter my storage and exit the facility. Great custom service. I was treated like family. I highly recommend istorage. -John

Reuben is the greatest! I have rented at this place for eight months now and I have had the most excellent experience with the facility and staff. Always friendly, always helpful, always quick to respond and thinking three steps ahead! Reuben gives you the feeling you are his only customer and goes out of his way to make your day (worst move of my life and this guy manages to crack a smile and laugh out of me every time I see him). I tell you I have never had so much excellent customer care & service as I had experience with Ruben the manager at the IStorage at 14150 Grant st in Moreno Valley, CA. I had to ask him why are you this nice as he is so rare in experiencing him as he helped us with our storage and Uhaul rental. He went so far as to call us when he notice we did not pick up our truck further assisting us. THINK YOU MR. RUBEN FROM MY DAUGHTER AND ME. YOU MADE OUR WEEK. Not only that but his prices was lowest there for the storage's and they had the biggest. I felt like a WIN WIN all the way round. You earn us as dedicate customers. Nadine & Lateisha
