Great place , highly recommend 💯💯💯

Been here for about 5 years. Great place as it is not dirt, but loyalty program is reverse. The longer you stay the more the price goes up. I'm paying 80 or more (can't really remember) since I first started parking here.

So initially I accidentally bought a parking spot. Lol they were so kind and I was able get a unit and move in same day. The online process is fast and easy just make sure you're paying attention to what you are selecting. It was quick and easy. The customer was professional and helpful. I'd recommend to friends and family if they had the need.

This is the best storage facility I've ever had! The move in process was all done online & was completely stress free. I thought the place was new because of how well they keep the place clean inside & out. My unit looks like I'm the first to use it. The access hours are perfect so we never feel rushed. I highly recommend iStorage!

Nice place. Didn't have any issues and was fast and easy to get in and out. Staff friendly and place really clean. Have water and vacuums at station stop inside of place. Have access from 6am - 10pm which is nice since I'm moving out of RV to get it ready to sell. I'm moving out of state within the next year.

Luisa is great! Even with my own personal issues, she is so nice and thoughtful. She has helped me with my p.o. box issues, and even when shes on lunch she still gives me my mail. She is an amazing property manager.

It was nice to be able to help me... I got there 4 minutes before 6:00 pm , that is when you are ready to close... This Young nice woman did everything on her hands for me even stay after her shift had ended.. I was so worry I had a warning I can't leave my trailer no more where it was they were going to Towed away... I had explained to her and she was so nice and kind looks like she was mad but not she just another Angel from the heavans.. Thank you Young Lady. God bless you.

I found Kim to be efficient, friendly and informative. The facility is very clean and inviting. Overall, a very positive experience.

My manger and I visited IStorage Self Storage this week to rent a space for a work vehicle. We were treated with open arms right from the start. Our experience was stellar and I recommend the facility, especially the staff as she was fabulous to work with. The process took all of 30 minutes or less and the facility was spotless. It's the most professional storage facility that I have ever seen. I got a great deal through AAA NO STEPS INVOLVED - my favorite :) Looks safe at night and clean by Day. Margarita at ice storage off of Tippecanoe is the nicest sweetest girl and she helped me very very very much beyond what I thought I was going to get help she did an excellent job and I really appreciate her you know give me information about things that I needed so I thank her and thank you too have a blessed day

Stored travel trailer here for four years so far. Easy access and like that the trailer is covered!

The personnel here at the storage are very professional and Nice and the best thing besides the prices They also have PO boxes Available and that's a blessing for me Because I know my mail in my packages are gonna be there without doubt I did a good decision I'm moving to these stories yard very secure clean and everybody here is very nice respectful

Very clean and safe storage yard. Kim is the BEST. She is very knowledgeable and professional. You can tell that she loves her job and her many years of expertise in this field is very helpful. Haven't had any issues at this facility. Would highly recommend this storage yard.

Well what makes I Storage a great place for your storage needs is the reasonable prices for whatever you want to store there. But what makes the facility special is the on-site manager Kim Shalack, she is very personable and keeps the facility clean and tries to make it a place you feel will be safe and secure for your precious things, I would hope I Storage would keep up with any security issues that may arise being these type of facilities are under constant attack as this county in general has a huge homeless problem which makes for a difficult situation for all of these type of facilities. You can never have enough security in these times. 4k license plate cams at the gate near ground level would be helpful as a great tool for local law enforcement. I Storage.. Nice facility, keep up the good work!

Kim is all ways so helpful ! I have had storage units in many states and Kim has been great and friendly ! Also the place is kept in top shape no issues in the 4 years I've been there.

No place better than iStorage San Bernardino. They have made many changes over the year to insure the safety of my RV. The staff(Kim and Diana) are very friendly and keep the grounds clean. They uphold company policy but will go to bat for us renters when needed. I highly iStorage of San Bernardino.

I have stored my camper and a trailer for several years now at the San Bernardino facility and now needed a space for my motorhome and they were able to accommodate me with a second space backing up to my old space. Very happy about that. One thing that does disappoint me though is that iStorage has discontinued the senior discount. That's why I am only giving them four stars.

Kim Schalk is a very kind person, she keeps i storage nice and clean,great customer service , i would recommend renting a storage here anytime because of Kim . Going on outside I like keeping my truck here, because Kim monitor his activity at all time and I feel safe keeping my vehicles here.

I've been with iStorage for about 4 months now and Kim is SO very helpful and friendly!! Best customer service by far. I got a little mixed up on my way to the location due to my GPS and she still helped me out after office hours!! Another lady named Diane tried tohelped me out on Kim's off day; she was nice but not as nearly as knowledgeable as Mrs. Kim

Very nice place, friendly ppl, all the amenities required for RVs. Totally happy with my experience so far. Maybe they could run the ice machine more, its been hot lately. Super happy to have found this place.

Exceptionally helpful over the phone getting setup with storage late in the day, fifteen minutes before closing. That's impressive, that should tell you something about this place before even calling. Everything was perfectly smooth at load-in and the facility has great access and wide lanes.

Mostly good except for the not functioning vacuum and tire air station.

It's easy to maneuver the rv around parking is a little tight they also have a dumping station.

I have a such wonderful experience each time I need help or have to make a payment. Kendra is awesome. Great customer service

I went to Istorage this morning to do some price checking and the facility was very nice and well kept. The security system is awesome...and Kendra gave us outstanding customer service so there was no need for me to look any further. The rental was quick and easy. Thank you istorage.

I went by to see the price on a U-haul truck rental and Kendra was very nice and helpful. If I ever need storage or come across someone that does I will definitely send them directly to Kendra.

They have 24 hour gate access for your RV I love that they have 24 hour gate access. It is hard to find!!

I love that iStorage San Bernardino has electronic gate access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. When you get home from your vacation, no matter what time of day it is you can park your RV in a well lit, secure space. You even have access to the dump station. I have called around the area and could not find other facilities that have 24 hour access.
