The site managers here have all been pretty good, but the current manager, Shana, is great. We're in the process of moving into a new-to-us home, so we had to move up in unit sizes, and number of units, and Shana has been very helpful and patient with our changes. We've used storage facilities in the past, but these are some good folks to deal with.

This storage facility is very clean and taken care of. I was amazed at how easy it was to computer my whole lease process online. I met the Manager on my first visit and she is very nice. This is a very nice location and conveniently very close to where I live.

Working with a couple of the staff, Shannon and Adreas, in particular Shannon, at Istorage has changed my views of this facility. I only would have hoped they were there through my seven years stay. She had been very supportive, helpful, caring, thoughtful, and on point with following through with all challenging task that was put before her. I've seen firsthand how she has gone completely out of her way to help and satisfy the customers. She also has been very thorough and professional. I truly appreciate all she had done for me in my last days before leaving. I highly recommend working with her if you decide to use the facility. Thank you very much.

I was a renter here. Management was great friendly if they were out on the golf cart ridding around they Always said hello. My Storage got stuck once. I went to office and they immediately came to help me get it open. They Always worked with you if you needed something. It was very nice there.

I had an amazing experience at this particular storage unit. I had been to many before to get an estimate on a 5 by 10 unit, this one was by far the best offer and Shana was very helpful in answering all my questions. I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 highly recommend.

She went above and beyond to help me. When I asked if locks were available to purchase, she said yes and added the cost to my invoice, then left it for me inside the storage locker. The people who work here are always very nice and helpful.

In one word it would be Kevin. What started out as needing 1 storage unit turned into 2. Kevin had 2 side by side. Then we needed another unit but didn’t have an exact date. We maintained communication and the unit was available when we were ready. Kevin came in early with a hurricane on the way so we could unload. While there , we had not estimated the size of our load and needed another unit NOW. Kevin took care of it. So, what started out as 1 unit turned into 4 and Kevin helped make it seamless. Outstanding service and customer support! I rented a small unit for a couple of months last year. Both at check-in and checkout times, the manager was courteous and answered all of my questions. I love the way Mike the manager always treats me like a friend. He’s never been anything but helpful and nice in my interactions with him. My only complaint is the price increase for your already loyal customers with multiple units when you are offering lower monthly rates to brand new customers. That seems disloyal on the company side and makes me want to search for an alternative solution to my storage needs. Also most of the units I’ve had have old gears on the doors and it’s difficult or impossible for me to even open them alone. That’s a hassle and not convenient.

Wonderful experience, all around. Especially for renting something as simple as a storage unit. Mike Hamilton was super helpful and beyond accommodating. His personality was one of the main reasons we choose to keep our belongings there- and the unbeatable prices- and how safe we felt- and the cleanliness! Zero sales pressure from him, glad to show us different options, then back to options we had already seen, then wrote down all of the options so we could think about it overnight... ((LOL!!)) *We can be very indecisive!* :) The front office was very clean, smelled fresh (even the bathroom- which is inside the not-so-gigantic office, so one could imagine it may not smell pleasant, but the opposite is true!) Masks were worn and there is a huge bottle of hand sanitizer on a filing cabinet that was in front of each of the two desks in the office. The cabinet seemed out of place at first glance, but I soon realized it was so one did not have to get close to the employee's personal space/desk and could stay at a safe distance. Also used the top of the cabinet to put my paperwork when signing and such. Was a very nice touch that I have not come across in any office (or other) setting during these uncertain times! I had my own clean, sanitary, safely distant workspace area. Thank you iStorage (**on Hartley Road**) and bigger thanks to Mike. *Air High Five* ;) ***--->>>HIGHLY RECOMMEND<<<---***

iStorage in San Jose is great! It’s clean (with extra precautions during covid), the manager is extremely helpful, and it is in a nice location.

The staff, Mike and Jamiesha, were very helpful in answering any questions that I had. Mike graciously showed me the difference in unit sizes and gave suggestions for getting the most storage space from the unit that I selected. Jamiesha helped me resolve a billing problem. They have ample room to maneuver a pickup truck and trailer in and out of the facility.

I recently stopped by and talked to Mike at the front desk, he was very friendly and helpful, their facilities it's clean and kept up, perfect for what I was looking for.

He was very diligent in following up and when it came time to complete the paperwork Michael was extremely helpful in explaining all the details that we needed to know. Michael is the store manager. He is absolutely wonderful and so incredibly accommodating. He has gone 1000% out of his way to help me with my storage needs during my move. I even came to him wanting to go to a place that had climate controlled units, and even in conversations about a unit with another company he helped me chew through my decision. I wanted to go to Extra Space Storage, and even reserved a unit with them. When I called for set up they had trouble finding my reservation. They didn't want to honor the rate I had in my confirmation email. They said that the online rate and first month free were not able to be combined, even though I had it in the email. I was advised to bring the email in and basically fight about it, so I called Michael back at iStorage. He was able to pull all my original information up, keep my previously discussed rate, and even offered to stay a few minutes late ON A SATURDAY!! So I could have enough time to travel from South FL and get the paperwork signed to move in Sunday(when they are closed). I came in almost at 6:00 (closing time) late from work, and instead of telling me they are closed, he greeted me with a smile and told me he would help me any way he can. It was raining and miserable outside and I never thought after a hard long day that I’d actually leave this place in a better mood than I arrived. Garcia assisted me on a rainy Saturday. He was kind, corteous, and professional. While we were doing the paperwork, the phone rang several times and another customer walked in. Ok so let’s face it no one really likes having to hunt for a decent storage facility. Most are over priced. Charge more based on location etc etc. I will say this is positively the best storage facility I’ve ever used. The manager interrupted their lunch to help me (had no idea it was lunch time) one of the other managers helped me lift some really heavy boxes. They have been so accommodating so helpful and completely amazing! If you’re looking for more than just an ok place to store your belongings this is the place to go

This facility has changed a lot in the last year or so. Rate increases happen frequently. I feel has become over priced

IStorage has the best customer service! The management is organized and always pleasant to do business with. I just moved from a smaller unit at IStorage to a larger one hassle free.The added security of the gate entrance makes me feel like it is safe to go there whenever I need to!
