I like the facility and the fact they have drive up climate controlled units. I wish they would not increase rents every few months. That really bothers me. You should be able to have a firm rent for at least 6 months if not a year.

After hours I had too much that didn't fit in my unit. I was able to call and obtain another unit near my other unit easy over the phone with a young lady. Great customer service. I used it for a year to store a car because our house was rented. I removed the car from storage for several months. After I signed up again with a deposit, I realized I wanted to cancel the contract. They are a class act and offered to try and refund the deposit. It is stated that it is non-refundable. The manager came through and I received the refund. It wasn't even expected. We were very happy with the service when we used it. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating.

Just started renting a unit. Everything seems to be great so far. After moving from Pasco county to Collier I was a little hesitant on placing my extra items in storage but with the secured electric gate made me feel much more positive that my item were safe.

I’ve used this location for now my 3rd time, I’m a seasonal worker so I store my furniture for 5-6 months. Clean location, easy access, fully gated with cameras and keypad access. Friendly staff, good prices, easy transaction. Have trucks available to rent, and moving supplies on site to make moving a breeze.

This is a very nice, well maintained, and secure storage company. I use storage units often for tools when I work out of town, and this is by far my favorite in the Naples area. Most places I deal with, or even just call for a price are either pushy and try to get me to rent for longer than I need, or are just indifferent, and don't seem like they care about my needs or concerns. This iStorage however was a different experience. Jennie was very nice, helpful, genuinely seemed to care about my concerns, and was a joy to do business with. Ad to that fair prices, and a good location? This is THE place to store your stuff in Naples.

Had allot of trouble with my trailer becuz of some other trailers that were allot longer then said to be. They allowed to park in a temporary spot. Well,I was in a car accident an buth pretty bad but I storage called me, timely fashion to tell me it had to be moved My boss had to move it for me I was not able to be there or hell but they had the same problem but this time they took the time with my boss an found a different space one easier access more room no extra charge for. Of course soon as get down there an pay this month ugh. I forgot. Ok got to go to pay online service. Hope you choose I storage you wont be disappointed. No I'm not a spoke person for I storage. Sheila is the best she is soooo fast and nice. Move in and move out was soooo smooth. We just made a big relocation from WA state and needed somewhere for our travel trailer last min. they got us right in. The experience was so much better then where we rented a storage unit locally and if we ever need a storage unit or place for our travel trailer again we will be coming here!

Excellent customer service!! I am moving to Florida from Ohio in a few months and needed to rent a storage unit to store some things I had been purchasing via Craigslist. The wonderful team at iStorage Naples worked with me long distance to make sure everything ran smoothly. Communication has been stellar and rental details all went very smoothly, even though being done long distance via telephone. I have dealt with several people and it has been one of those rare instances where the left hand actually knew what the right hand was doing. There was absolutely nothing confusing during the entire transaction, I was called when I was told I would be called, everyone I spoke with was extremely pleasant and well-informed, and they totally exceeded my expectations! Average storage but I'm not sure how the climate control works. Seems hot in my unit, probably due to some of the insulation falling down. Friendly staff.

I'm giving Tammy 5 stars for her kindness and knowledge of any question I may have as well as anytime you speak with her she's always the sweetest person, and does an awesome job there! I think that both ladies are doing an absolutely amazing job with cleanliness of the property and prompt with any issues or questions that I've never experienced at any of the other storage units I've rented in the past!!! That's why we have rented 3 units and love when we have the time to thank both Tammy and Shelia on what an AWESOME job their doing .. I'd recommend IStorage because of these 2 lady's knowing that we 100% taken care of !!!

After a very long drive down from Indianapolis, I was greeted by the front desk and immediately Sheila helped to get me checked in. Every thing was very well explained about cost, payment etc. She then drove me to my unit, unlocked it, and made sure that it met my approval for cleanliness and size. I would definitely use them again if the need arose.

Our reservation process was easy and fast. I checked around town on many rates and iStorage has the best rates. The office staff when I went to pay and sign my contract were very friendly, informative and efficient. I like that you can pay on-line and get e-mail reminders. The only reason I cannot give a 5 star rating is that when we moved into our unit, there was a grease/some liquid spot in the unit that had not been cleaned up. It appeared that someone had previously parked a vehicle in there and something had leaked. It was slippery and we had to scramble for something to cover it with so we would not get this on our belongings or worse yet, slip on this grease while carrying heavy furniture. Otherwise, all is great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for storage.

After shopping around I found iStorage to be the price plus a one (1) month free special offer. The person helping me was very nice and shoed me the unit that I would be renting. It was perfect. A 10'X15' for just over 100.00 per month with the December month free. However, since I was going to be starting half way thru the month on the 15th of November I asked for the month of December to be my free month. After the nice lady entered in the results I discovered I was paying more than I was supposed to. The attendant had to call her manager and then a few other managers to get a credit for the month of December. Apparently the software would not give me the discount. So she took off the initial application administration fee of $25.00 and credited me $25.00 for the month of January to make it right. It was somewhat confusing and most of it didn't make any accounting sense. All in all the service was good and the price was right.
