This is where you need to store your things. The process was so easy when I reserved my unit, the follow up was also easy and a fast process. When walking into the office you can tell that the ladies inside want to help and take care of you. 10/10 and my unit was way higher than I expected. I didn't go with climate control and had concerns but those quickly faded when I saw the time put into the building and the maintenance. This is the place to go! Thank you, iStorage.

Who would brag about a storage unit? Well I will. After searching for storage units and looking on line, the first one I came across was iStorage.Looked good, sounded good, price good, but I came across a review that made me change my mind, BAD BAD IDEA!!!After I rented another unit else where and paying I had a horrible experience, from not being able to get in a gate or my unit with a truck load of furniture In the rain may I add. So again I looked up iStorage I thought well at least they have a real person there on site, and what real people they do have.I drove to the property and I thought wow how nice for a storage company, after meeting 2 very sweet helpful young ladies there I told them about my experience and was honest to why I didnt come to them first because of 1 bad review. After I was with them for at least 20 mins and looked around the property I knew that review I read was totally a upset customer that must have intentionally tried to make this nice company look bad. Well I am here to tell you this place honestly is the cleanest storage company I ever have seen, and I have seen a few in the last 5 yrs but never have I seen one so clean and the property is safe and I know my belongings are safe and free from BUGS or any other crawling creatures. It is nice knowing that we still have kind honest caring people that go out of their way to make sure their customers are totally happy and satisfied. So to you 2 young ladies the LaGrange location I give you a 10 plus. I recommend them to anyone with any of your belongings!!!

I had trouble getting the reservation to go through on line but you followed up with me by phone and got it completed.One more thing off my list in getting ready to move.

Customer service is 100% satisfying but as a renter dealing with the company itself is not a 5 star rating. I don't like the fact how much and how often they're increasing rent. It's not worth it. So if you don't mind frequent rent increases this would be a good place.

The website helped me plan out the size storage I needed. Plus, I was able to secure the storage online. I love the first month for a penny and a free lock! Moving can be stressful but Ashely and her staff make my experience a pleasure. Ashley helped me find a unit that was suitable to my needs. She also recomeneded 2 protective covers that I purchased to avoid my items from being scratched or torn. Despite the freezing rain, Ashely allowed me to view my unit with a warm smile! I was in need of a unit ASAP. I requested a resrvation online at 4:45pm, Ashley called me within one minute to begin the process of getting everything set up. She was right on top of things and incredibly courteous the entire time I was with her. If more businesses had employees as great as she is, it would make it a much better experience for consumers. I will definitely be referring people here.

I started my relationship with Simply Self Storage in LaGrange with a storage unit. I am now in the process of opening a retail store in one of the large office/store spaces they have at the same location. I found the staff to be extremely congenial and helpful in every way. They treat me like "family" and are so respectful. Great place!!!!!!

The employees were very helpful when deciding on what size storage unit we would need. We ended up having to get a climate control unit also. (More stuff than we had expected when moving). Clean facility and helpful service.

I recently rented two storage units at Simply Self Storage in Lagrange, GA. Ashley and Brandy were simply amazing! They both were friendly, helpful and very courteous. Moving is always a difficult process. I was moving from another state and both these ladies were always accommodating to my needs. I have rented storage from other companies in the past but Simply Self Storage was by far the best company I have ever rented from. Huge Thanks to Ashley and Brandy!!!!!!!!!

We purchased excess wholesale fixtures that we needed to store in the area and someone recommended Simply Self Storage. We were very pleased and worked with Brandy but all of the staff are very courteous , knowledgeable and most of all professional, in addition the units are very affordable and most of all well maintained . I have been renting Suite #14 and the back two storage units attached to my office suite for over 3 years. My company is Sign Express. I can not say enough how great this location and the people running it have been. Every manager has been very good, but especially Amanda and Ashley have been the best so far. I have no plans of moving, this facility treats you right.
