Booking online was quick and easy! I received my first month free so I only paid around $30 and was able to sign my contract and receive my access code before stepping foot in the building! The facility is clean ( no bugs or rodents) and my locker was easy to access. Im glad I rented here!

Centralized location in north Atlanta with nearby Uhaul truck rental. Will be using iStorage again when storage needs come about.

It was refreshing to speak with someone who could show a little 'TLC' and provide that high level of customer service. The iStorage location in Chamblee, GA on Peachtree Rd. is very neat and clean. They go that extra mile to ensure out visit is always with ease. Parking is a cinch and I always have a cart at the door to utilize for moving my 'junk' in and out as needed. In fact, I store my camping gear there and am always able to get in and out within 15 minutes and on the road to my next adventure. Thank you Gail and everyone at iStorage that make my 'junk' much easier to access.

We have rented storage units at the Chamblee, GA location on numerous occasions to store belongings while moving, or renovating our home. This location is perfect for us as we live in Brookhaven. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The facility is very clean and secure. We’ve had to visit late nights at times and have always felt safe and secure. The ownership has changed numerous times in the years we’ve frequented the business but the staff is surprisingly constant - which is a huge benefit.

Update, just going to just stay at they might do something about getting a reception for your phone. My phone will not work in the facility. Which is difficult since I count on my phone for work. And one other thing the cart wheels are all messed up so you can't even use some of the carts. However Tom who runs the place is a very nice guy. He's always friendly and willing to answer questions.

On short notice we needed to add an additional storage unit and reached out to iStorage via the 800 number and had great customer service. They reserved a unit for me for the next day. The next morning I received a call from Thomas, the property manager, calling to confirm our reservation and to coordinate timing. Upon arrival we received his undivided attention and within 30 minutes we were unloading our UHaul into our new storage unit. We received great service from Thomas, and the facility was very clean, and we felt very safe in the facility. I would highly recommend iStorage in Brookhaven.

I rented online in October and wanted to start my rental on late November. I liked that I could make a reservation but the online system wasn’t clear. D took me all the way through the rental process. I didn’t know to stop after the reservation screen. I was very upset when I noticed the next day that my rental unit stared immediately. Even though all emails said November 20th. I called the Chamblee location and they worked it out for me but this was confusing and I bet it happens all the time. The store associates Mia and Darrel are amazing and so helpful though but online could be clearer.

Mia was very friendly and helpful. Reasonable pricing. If you have insurance don't pay online. Pay when you get to the facility because you won't get a refund on it. Other than that, I have no complaints and would rent from them again.

The facility is clean and bug free. Plenty of carts and elevators make it easy to load and unload. The staff is amazing! We cleared out our unit and forgot to call to close it. When I finally moved out both Mia and Thomas were extremely helpful in assisting the movers and closing my account. Once I got to my new location I was very impressed with the condition of all my storage items after so many years. Grand and centrally located

I visited iStorage at 4775 Peachtree RD Chamblee GA on 7/31/19 10 minutes till closing and Thomas was genuinely eager to assist me with my reservation. He explained the process and was patient as I filled out the forms. During that time 2 other customers came in 1 to pay a bill and the second was an irate man who demanded service without complying with proper security measures such as providing his name and valid identification. I was disgusted by the way the Father of 3 was acting. Even his youngest son (who couldn't have been more than 10) spoke up about his cruel nature. Thomas was remarkably professional and soft spoken as to not add fule to the fire. He made it very clear as to what the customers options were and about 6-10 minutes later the customer excused himself while STILL yelling & swearing down the hall. By this time it was well past close and I felt even worse about sliding through the door so late but Thomas completed my reservation, took me on a tour of the property, we had great conversation AND got me the BEST POSSIBLE PRICING. Even though I had an excruciatingly long day I couldn't help but smile I was so relieved. Thank you iStorage for having Thomas, he's such a phenomenal staff member who really cares about the quality of service & security every customer receives.

5 stars for customer service. I've had a great experience working with Thomas and Mia the last couple days as I'm getting ready to move out of the country soon. Very understanding and helpful! Though it was unusually hot on the 5th floor yesterday when I stored my items, Thomas assured me it was being taken care of ASAP. Also, around the end and beginnings of the month, maybe have an extra staff person on duty? That's a lot of responsibility for one person on the grounds when so many folks are moving in and out. I did want to make a note that a customer called while I was filling out paperwork yesterday, and I could hear her yelling at Thomas through the phone from the other side of the counter! He handled the conversation politely and calmly and was just trying to do his job and she threatened to get him fired! Thomas gets 5 starts for professionalism in my book.

My experience with the company overall was great.. I used the facility for a couple of months had no problems with access to the building. When I was ready to move out I was informed that I would have to pay for a full month of service of $247.00 and only needed 7 days. I ask the property manager to prorate the difference of 7 days but she decline. However, after explaining to the DM my current financial situation with the move; we all was in an agreement to at least pay half of the $247..00 which was $123,50 til the 15th of the month.. I was okay with half and it was a winning solution for both parties.. In the end, I appreciate both property manger and DM understanding of my needs to save a little money. Thank you IStorage for the compromise and compassion! Making my move a pleasant one in the end.. Kudos to YOU!!!.

Mia was OUTSTANDING! She was amiable, willing to take time to look at the various size units without being pushy. She mentioned considerations that I had not taken into account. Overall I was very pleased. There was only one thing I noticed and went back to report it that day.One of the two sets of florescent bulbs was out and needed to be replaced. I have not had time to get back over to the unit, but I will respond on how quickly that is taken care of, as it is an important aspect of my continued leasing.

I was able to walk right in and get my unit. The ladies were friendly. Only issue is that they made the insurance mandatory, an extra $10 a month the internet doesn't tell you about. If it wasn't mandatory she didn't present it like that. It's all good though, The first month "free" makes up for it. Had to cough up $34 for my first free month.

Great place to do business; excellent customer service received from Roderick. He was working by himself today with several customers to handle at once but he took his time with each of us, apologized in advance for our wait; he was thorough and efficient in handling the needs of each customer professionally and in a calm and courteous manner!!

I went to get a storage unit last week and was very happy with my choice. This place is very clean. The staff was excellent especially the young lady Tameka. She was very helpful in assisting me with what i needed. Overall it was a very nice experience.

I dropped by to get a storage unit and spoke with Yolanda Woods the Property Manager. She was extremely polite and helpful. I was able to view a few size units and rent one in about 20 minutes. The property is very clean and safe. Plus the pricing is very reasonable. It was an all around great experience.

Great place to do business! Yolanda the facility Manager understands the meaning behind "excellence in total customer service". The facility is clean, and provides convenient (electronic personal PIN access) for all storage needs . The ENTIRE facility is climate controlled, and no "extra fees" like the other "guys". Yolanda's entire staff is punctual, professional, and polite. Hands down---this is the best storage facility in Atlanta. Do not waste your time looking anywhere else.

I have rented storage rooms all over the country and always have 24 hrs access because I work odd hours. This is the BEST storage I have ever rented. Called the manager Yolanda to discuss pricing and the type of storage needed. After contacting multiple storage facilities I knew this was the right place! She was extremely helpful and professional! I arrived approximately 10 minutes prior to closing. I never felt rushed. And Yolanda went the extra mile to guarantee I rented the proper unit! I would highly recommend this facility!
