They need more help. Even when the store is supposed to be open, I have found it closed. They need to hire someone to help out.

Worked with Lauren today and she provided excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and quick with her paperwork and explanations of my new unit. If you need a clean storage unit with a very caring manager speak with Lauren. She will solve your needs quickly.

Units are clean and safe and staff is friendly. They will bait and switch though. They'll tell you a price and then 2-3 months into it you will receive a letter of a price increase for whatever (in my opinion) bogus reason. I don't know how often they do this, but if you're okay with that, then I recommend them.

Clean secure and has U-haul rental trucks onsite, however, they overcharged my credit card on file adding insurance fees against our agreement.

Certainly not as accessible as advertised if you don’t have a vehicle. Gate was locked more times than not. It served its purpose for the two weeks I needed it to though...

I purchased my storage unit about 2 months ago. Thomas helped me gain access to my storage and while doing so, we had AMAZING conversation. My experience with iStorage Self Storage has been amazing so far! No complaints over this way.

The online rate is $79.00, but what is NOT made clear is 1) there is a $25.00 processing fee (Why? I paid for the lock and filled out the paperwork myself) and 2) there is an extra $15 per month for insurance that is required in order to rent, making it $91.00 per month (after the first month gouge) not the well advertised $79.00. Otherwise ok.

If the storage supplies would’ve been promoted then it could have been the perfect visit. Everything was quick with great customer service. Valerie explained everything very carefully so I as a new unit renter knew exactly what I was signing up for. I just wish that I saw the supplies before completing my transaction

This is my second run with this storage facility. Good customer service, clean facilities and my property feels secure here. The only thing Id like fixed is a way out the gate without having to get out of my car again and walking up to box. Otherwise its great!

I have been a tenant at this place for 4 years I didn't check my unit as much one day this pleasant voice calls asking me about my payment cause I never been late in four years Mo not only show concern but respect as well I gave my new card information and payed the extra fees and I was happy to do so cause Mo was so understanding I recommend you store here if I afford Mo istorage better look out

Everything I needed was right there in one spot, I was able to rent a U haul and get all the things I needed to move, Ms. Mo was very helpful with everything and I loved how nice the office was.....very helpful + everything I needed to move....... not only will I return but I am telling everybody about this spot ,where customer service matter.

Clean, well kept storage facility. I feel very safe keeping my items there. (No other way to get in except through main gate.) No vehicle parking but don't need that right now. Nice manager.
