I deal with a lot of storage company's and I-storage in Kingsland ga. Is by far the best. Their staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable about their job. The manager is a Asset to your company. She should be a learning tool for all your storage unit company's on how to run one the perfect way. I am very impressed. I have a retail store, a construction company, and I but storage units and could only dream of having someone as talented, knowledgeable, and charismatic as the one you have running your store.

I felt the need to throw a review on the Google machine which I rarely do. I’m planning to move farther south soon, so while traveling I stopped in looking for prices and availability. However the best thing they had here today was Vanessa. I am insanely indecisive and picky to add on top. Vanessa did a tremendous job cutting through my quirks to find what I really needed. Catt Miller is the BEST for customer service. She is a very understanding person. It is always a pleasure talking to her. I recently came up with my unit going up for auction. I was recommended istorage from a friend, due to the covid19 I had to abruptly move out of my home In need of storage ASAP, all the other storage places were no help, too expensive, or just no availabilities. I came in and Michael whom was the property manager, he helped me, showed me around, and got me set up with an affordable unit until I get my situation fixed. I would highly recommend istorage to anyone. wow so apparently I was gonna give this place a review and I did not post it. So that from Micheal was then I just got a unit 2020 to the end of August. They got me in quickly as usual. Unfortunately somebody close to me and my family passed away just recently I had to move for a little while unexpectedly.. The person that is there now Demetrious was an absolute gentleman he is the property manager. Now. Micheal has pretty much moved up to the owner. Demetrious was a perfect gentleman and helped me out of a situation that was going to hurt me. I don’t need to go into details but I storage is the place ago if you need a safe and comfortable storage unit they work with you as they can. Again I would 1000% recommend the storage unit to anyone.

What sets THIS facility apart is their customer service. I couldn’t have been more impressed. Willingness to help, attentive to our needs when accommodating indoor temperature and humidity controlled storage. Suggestions for how to make the most of our dollar investment by suggesting how to lower our total cost by either consolidating our stuff into one larger unit versus two units. Every time we go in they are there and always happy to answer questions. The manager is retired military, so I felt right at home. Couldn’t be happier with the folks and iStorage. They even have local police training their K-9’s in the evening so I feel like the extra added security is a bonus. I sleep soundly knowing my things are safe, secure, and in a facility that is top notch.

While only rating iStorage three stars, let it be known that is for the company, not the staff on site. Michael, the manager, is a fantastic person to deal with and easy to work with. It is a pleasure each time I speak with him and he has been one of the main reasons I still keep the unit. However, the company leaves much to be desired. It is in a great location, but they keep upping the rent over and over to an extreme amount for no valid reason, best I can tell. I don't blame Michael, by any means, but the company is becoming a rip off money wise.

Having recently moved to Kingsland I researched and visited several local storage facilities to store our items in. While some were adequate for our needs the Istorage facility and their staff easily stood out above all the others. We dealt with Mike who immediately struck me as someone who loves what he does. Polite, friendly, and professional, Mike quickly helped with selecting the proper unit for us. He answered every question we had and was knowledgeable enough to bring up the questions we hadn’t thought to ask. He made us feel at ease throughout the entire process with his demeanor. The facility itself was immaculate and looked very secure. Our unit was clean and in the end was exactly the size and type we needed. Amazing Facility! Today I called to get a quote on a storage unit and spoke to Jeremiah (my apologies if the name is wrong!) He was incredible he was friendly and joked around and was so incredibly detailed. We spoke for a while he gave me a walk through of renting, the promotions, and was talkative and made me feel incredibly comfortable! About an hour later I got a call from property manager tony. Tony was incredibly pleasant and helpful and honest about all promotions and discounts I qualified for. He even Invited me in for a tour. When we arrived tony was very pleasant and showed us the unit and went over pricing with us. We felt so welcome we booked a unit right away. LOVE the customer service in this place. Good job guys!

I have been using this storage facility for the last several years. I have tried other places and can say without a doubt this is the BEST. I am a retired law enforcement officer with thirty two years experience. I will say that the service comes from a very professional staff and the leader Micheal. He has taken my calls or returned my calls to check on my property. Micheal truly keeps this storage facility clean and his priority operating it smoothly. I recently meet his newest staff member Tony and he shared how we’ll he enjoyed working with Michael. Tony had the same qualities and told me in conversation that Micheal was training him the storage operations. I would highly recommend this facility and do let it known when asked about a storage facility. I’ve shared this with friends, family and even strangers just how I feel this is a wonderful place!

I have entirely too much stuff and although I already have a unit here, I wanted a bigger one. Luckily enough, there was a bigger climate control unit available and updating paperwork was EASY! This is exactly what I wanted for my storage. The price was half of what I expected, and the location is easy to get to. I couldn't have asked for better service, and they (names Tony and Michael) were really courteous. Rode on a golf cart and looked at several unit sizes - super clean - and well kept. I also liked that there was an option for auto-pay. I give five stars because I literally couldn't think of anything I wasn't pleased with about this business.

Moving can be very exhausting, however thanks to the team at iStorage, I quickly became comfortable with the security, cleanliness, and location of the facility. Heather was very patient and walked me through different storages to make sure that she understood what I needed and what type of storage would best fit my needs. There was never any pressure and she always made it feel like it was about me and not about talking me into purchasing something that I did not need. Michael Blakely is the onsite manager at this location and he is very professional, personable, honest, and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to make sure the place is kept clean and tidy. There wasn't a question I had that he didn't have an answer for, and he never made me feel rushed.

Michael is an amazing person. I went through a HUGE deal with my mother in law not wanting to pay for her storage unit. He guided me through the most civil and best way to make this work out. The prices are fair and the customer service is 10 out of 10! Keep up the good work!

We have used iStorage twice and had great experiences. We had to change the unit at the last minute and they were very accommodating. Facility is well kept and secure.

Staff is very friendly. Storage is clean and safe to store personal belongings.

Easy and straightforward! Rates just as on the website and they pick up the phone and call you as it says on their site when you reserve a unit. It’s rare to find a business that does what they say will do and at phenomenal rates. They also don’t mind providing great customer with every interaction, again these things are hard to find now!

I've been a customer here since 2015. Not sure when Michael and Diane came on board but boy what a difference in the customer service. They are both so well suited for their jobs. They are polite, knowledgable about all aspects of not only the storage facility, but the surrounding area as well. I was getting my storage area in order for an up coming move and with out their help in locating ways to dispose of items no longer needed, I'd have been in quite a mess. Goodwill was of course a major beneficiary of my downsizing. I requested info re taking a smaller space and Diane was on it immediately. By the end of day two I was in a smaller space and I had lightened my load considerably. Diane even found a place for my friend to get an emergency repair made on her car. In this day and age, when customer service is generally none existant, these two set the bar pretty high. I'd say excellent all the way. Not many around like this pair. Thanks guys.
