No one wants to have a storage unit but more times than not we need one. Signing up was easy and the auto pay is the way to go, but if you have trouble with that the office staff is friendly and helpful to guide your way.

Clean, well ran facility

I had originally set up to visit another storage unit. I mistakenly assumed that Istorage was the unit I was to visit. I walked in and Sherrie welcomed me and told me that I was at the wrong place, she was sweet enough to give me directions to the other a competitor’s storage units. I go to that unit and no one was there, evidently the competitor was having major issues there was 2 gentleman from the home office and they were doing a site visit . Needless to say I went back to Istorage and Sherrie again welcomed me she and Dianne walked me through the process, I can’t tell you how much their professionalism, and curtesy manner meant to me after the problems I had just a few hours before. Sherrie and Dianne are the best. The unit was clean and we are extremely pleased with the unit . I highly recommend Istorage for your storage needs .

Great place to store all your belongings. Very accommodating and thoughtful for you needs. The staff was very polite and easy to work with. I was not able to get there until closing and the manager knew I was arriving with a 27 ft moving truck. They made sure the unit was ready, swept out and I had all the codes to enter the gate before they went home.

I am very pleased with the service and pricing. I had to go to a bigger unit because I didn’t think about what I had to put in but all my work machines were able to get in.

Polite and helpful front office staff. Entry into units is a bit confusing on first visit. Gate problems on second visit. Not easy to get out on busy highway.

Staff was very helpful and courteous to help me with arrangements and then with changes to be made. Very pleasant experience.

I have dealt with this facility for 3 years now. A new company bought them a few months back. Now they are iStorage. I liked them better when they were Simply Self Storage. On the best note: the new owners have kept the staff! Darren is the property manager and knows his stuff. He's very friendly and personable. He always goes the extra mile to serve the customer. The computer system there leaves something to be desired, and I'm not fond of all the rule changes. Having to go in and REsign contacts for all my units for the new owners was stupid... Those people in boardrooms making clueless decisions should just retire to Boca Del Vista and let Darren run the place! We'd all be better for it.

I've been a renter there for about 15 years now, and I'm very Happy. The staff is helpful, and engaging, and I've had no issues with damages. In fact if there is something to complain about it's that the dumpster is usually full, but that would be the trash company's fault. Perhaps a larger dumpster? All in all, I've been satisfied with the Staff and facility.
