This is a wonderful place to rent office space and storage units from. I've just met Inga the property manager and her professionalism and willing to assist us as customers has been a relief from the previous storage facilities we have encountered. This facility is clean and well-managed. However, I subtracted a star because their prices have soared unrealistically! They don't consider how much long term customers have already paid either. They just raise prices...like dealing with the cable company! 🤬

I’ve been a customer here for over a year and I decided I needed a larger unit... The transaction for a larger until was so easy and the increase in price was only a small amount. I love the larger space... I’m in the climate control building, my new unit is just down the hall, from the old unit, which was perfect... Customer service has always been a great experience, even when there was a disagreement... Thank you for providing such care and understanding for my needs!

Tiffany was awesome. The process was really quick and easy. A $5-$10 discount for setting up automatic payments or being able to save 10-20% for paying the rental fee up for a 6-12 months would have been REALLY nice. Either way I’d still highly recommend this facility to friends and family.

This was the best experience i’ve had with renting out a storage space. We came in and weren’t able to get the storage space right away but it was fine cause they held it for me until I could get what I needed. There was constant communication and it never felt like my questions were too much. 10/10 would recommend a trillion times. Great staff and a quick and easy rental. :)

In 3 years the rent increased from $50.00's per month to 86.00. The storage facility has a good HVAC, that is on 24 hrs. The storage facilities on the inside are not air tight. Some of my things have acquired dust. The facility is secure. There is always someone available to assist you; via phone.

They kept me laughing and they stayed professional the enitre time. They explained everything in detail and made sure I new how to get in/out of my storage unit and the facility.
