I absolutely love this storage facility. I own 5 climate-controlled units here. The place is very clean with top-of-the-line security system. You'll need pass code to enter and access each floor. No pest issues. The management team especially John is very professional. I cannot be happier. 5 Stars all the way!!!

Christina at iStorage has helped me a ton since I first started using them in June of 2022. I’ve since upgraded sizes and have even rented a second unit temporarily and it’s always been easy and the customer service has been great.

I’ve been with them in Woodstock for about 6 years I think and I have to say never an issue ! They are always great and quick to help. They know u by name usually 😄 Best storage / convenience and customer service and safety that I have had to deal with!

Johns a great manager. Very personable, calm, accommodating. He calls to let you know when u going to get a late fee. He actually helped me out by pointing out a mistake in my payment info, so that it would go through without a hitch. Im not too sure about this new company that acquired this storage facility(Istorage) in regards to steeper fees/penalties, but this is a great location that tries to maintain the previous level of service. Just call the local branch for solid service! (Update: just went to this location today. They were able to get me in the new units. It was suggested to me because I couldn't keep up with the old one. It's nice touches like this that make working with these guys a pleasure. Corporate policy aside, it atleast seems like the local agents at least once what's best for you.)

I definitely recommend the iStorage in Woodstock, GA. The facility is clean and I always feel safe with the personalized code for access.  John and the staff are the best, too. This storage building has almost been like a home to me since I was a child. The employees actually like to be friends with customers and have everyone enjoy their time. One of the lowest prices in the state for self storage, the place is kept clean and tidy. I would very highly recommend.

I highly recommend using the online option to make your reservation bc prices are lower (than if you went in person) and it takes less than 5 minutes to complete. I was having to deal with another person when securing my unit and they were very patient with me and the other person. There was no rushing me or copping an attitude with me because they were being inconvenienced with my situation. Once the other person got his way we moved right through the registration for the unit. The two I dealt with were a lady by the name of Christina McCoy who is the Property Manager and the gentleman was John Baker and he’s the one who walked me to my unit and told me about the does and don’t and some very helpful hints to loading a large unit like I got. They both were very kind and helpful. They gave me the respect that customer service used to be all about. The old saying that the customer is always right is a lost, by-gone phrase but I believe these two employees really believe that customers are very important. Excellent customer service . I was very impressed. I believe it will be a pleasure to work with theses two individuals again. I’m looking forward to it!

I had searched for a while for a climate controlled storage and called multiple places but narrowed it down to this spot and one more. I guess what finally made me choice this location was the current offer and how amazing John was! He not only was patient with my millions of questions but was kind enough to give me some tips ! He helped us reserve our unit and even worked overtime to help me. I felt bad because it was the only time I had due to my son having multiple sports event on Saturday and I needed it for Sunday . So long story short i storage offers great deals (keep an eye out) but what truly convinced me was Johns incredible service! Tip : make sure you have a lock once you go in to pay for your unit & have your home owners insurance to save some bucks 😊

Had a great experience here. We had to find storage for about 4 months, so ease of access (hours and spacious elevators), security practices, climate controlled units, and location were all important. All of these boxes were checked and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend as a great place for your storage needs

Friendly office staff, convenient location, clean facility. BUT, the carts do not maneuver easily as the need some maintenance. The first one my movers used was so the bad they could barely steer it. We were able to switch when a different one was returned, but even that one wasn't great. Some of the walls are scarred up-I suspect as people have banged into them due to the condition of the wheels on the carts.

Convenient location and access, clean facility. However, the flat carts used to load and move things to the unit could be in better working condition. The wheels do not work properly on at least one of their carts, making it impossible to steer. Hence scraped up walls around the elevators (at least I assume that's why)

Staff are incredibly friendly. Everytime I enter the building I'm greeted with an emphatic was and a sincere smile. It's very welcoming, convenient, clean and, best of all, climate controlled.

I had a great experience! The staff was courteous and very informative about the units; as well as the pricing. I would definitely recommend this location.

Used to store stuff here, but had to move after they kept raising the rates. After a couple years, the rate was more than $1,200 more than when we started. The facility is good, bitnits not possible to justify those increases.

Good clean environment, however, the elevators are a joke when you are loading and/unloading a sizable amount of stuff. Elevator doors do not stay open nearly long enough-maybe 3-4 seconds!!!!! Very, very slow process!!!!

This was my first time renting a storage locker. So happy I chose to go with iStorage Towne Lake! The office staff, Jon and Christine, were extremely accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, personable but professional. The facility is not brand new but was clean and everything worked. Security seems to be a top factor too with all the gate coded locked doors into the facility and security cameras where the screens are on full display in the office when patrons first walk in, as they are tough to miss! Also since it is an indoor locker storage facility, it is well lit with motion sensor lighting of the hallways and the lockers being clean and garage type door with keyed lock (separate purchase) is simple to use, lift open and pull down to close. I would recommend iStorage Towne Lake to all my friends and family..... and anyone else I hear is in need of a storage locker in the Woodstock, GA area. A big THANK YOU to both Jon and Christine for making would could have been a very stressful situation STRESS FREE!

I rented one of their spaces for about 3 years. We never had any issues with the space, we never had any problems with insects or rodents, and the staff was typically very nice and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend renting a space from here if you need storage space. The rates are a little higher than what you would normally expect, but that is because it is temperature controlled. If you have things that you want to make sure stay in great shape, you definitely need to consider a temperature controlled storage space. Like I said, we had items stored for 3 years and when these items were removed they were in the same condition as when we placed them in there.
