I had a great experience at the iStorage located at: 11015 W 62nd St in Shawnee, KS. The Property Manager, Liz, was very helpful, explained everything in detail, very professional.

The staff was super friendly and helpful.. Would highly recommend. Unit was clean and well lit.

Local rep Liz was great. Main operator who initially reserved spot set me up for spot that wouldn’t fit my travel trailer.. Liz fixed it and recommended Vista location to fit trailer. She also made sure my money was refunded timely.

Liz the manager of istorage was an extremely helpful and wonderful person to do business with. Her services at istorage definately deserve the 5star rating for respect, quality, and service. The business world most definately needs more people that value the meaning of integrity the way in which Liz does. I wouldn't recommend or use any other self storage site, Istorage is as good as they come and then some.

Excellent service, nice facility. I have had several different units over the course of 9 years based on my varying space needs at any given time. Though the on-site management through the years have all been nice people, the current manager, Liz, and her relief person Alex are the most friendly, caring and helpful. The facility is well maintained and conveniently located for me. The only complaint I have is that the current management company has changed from 24 hour access to hours of 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Twenty-four hour access being one of the primary reasons for having chosen the facility, this has been very inconvenient and disappointing.

Liz the store manager was great very friendly. She got me all set up show me unit and out the door within 20 minutes it was great and convenient and I wouldn't have picked any place different.

Nice place to store, good rates. 5 stars, even though it almost felt like it was required of me to do as a condition of renting.. Honestly though, this place is great and so is the property manager. Fin.

This storage unit was amazing. Liz is the property manager and she was so nice and very helpful with our questions. The units are clean and ours had a light inside. The units inside are temperature protected as well. Overall I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of this storage facility. You rock Lizz!

Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs for down sizing our storage unit and getting us best price and having it literally across the "street." Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and helpful. We've had multiple units over the last 6months and this is the first one i was motivated enough to write a review. Highly recommend!!!

I have rented from this location for more than 10 years. Although the rates and required insurance have increased, I have found the staff very responsive to questions and concerns. The climate-controlled units are clean and secure. The current manager Elizabeth was very helpful this month when I downsized my unit.

The property manager, Liz, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They are on site 24/7 and have what looked to be high quality surveillance. Pricing was very competitive as well.
