Have had a unit here for a little more than 6 months very easy to get started. All the employees are very nice and knowledgeable, especially The manager Judy. She has been very helpful with noticing i forgot to lock my unit and even called to let me know before I left the property. Now I am upgrading to a larger unit and Judy has made changing units an easy process.

Had end unit near back of the property for a couple years. Critters were numerous and damaged my stuff. Make sure to seal all items in bins to prevent it. Cheap enough even with price increase over time. The privacy here is great and I never felt rushed to leave so I was able to take my time moving stuff. I got a newer climate controlled unit elsewhere for double the price now. Do yourself a favor and go that route unless most of your stuff can take the heat and possible nesting critters.

Although I like the convenience of the location and having extra space, the only thing I could explain that I'm not extremely happy with is the fluctuation of the rental rates. I was not honored to sign up rate for more than even a month. And my rate went up before I even hit the 5-month mark. By the time I hit the 7-month mark it went up again. We have a guy with a unit across from us, that is even larger and he's only $20 more for that larger unit. I'm not sure at one point somebody came by and put a storage sticker on my lock.. I don't like knowing that somebody's fiddling with my storage lock. I didn't buy it there, somebody come and slap a label on it!?!? I'm hoping to get a larger storage unit and see what I can work out with the owner or manager. I myself have very opposite hours of the person that runs the place and therefore we have had a hard time with communication.. I'm not sure that I'm happy that I had to feel so aggravated with the situation and I'm sure I did not make the manager very happy either.. but I'm hoping that I can come back and give a raving review in regards to an upgrade and the price staying consistent for a longer period of time.. overalls every company has something set they can control in that they can't.. as a customer it's my responsibility to work something out and if it does not work to my benefit than to seek other ways of accommodating the situation.. ☯️♾️🍻🌈🦄😁

Large Clean unit was available and secured in my name in under an hour. Judy took the time to explain (and test) the gate with my code to ensure it worked, and she also defined the departure times/cautioned me about possibly getting locked in after 10PM. Overall great, professional experience of quality service a a reasonable price.

I came on a Friday to rent for the next day and the woman I worked with (Sam) that day was absolutely lovely: she wrote down everything I needed to know for the next day and got my paperwork settled quickly. The next day I came it with a lock and Jacob was very friendly, answering my questions and showing me the unit.

These guys are awesome!! The facility manager Sam was great to work with. These guys are way better than national chains like Public Storage. Customer service is A++! The storage was less expensive and the faciliy was open all the right hours. Gate always worked perfectly. Strongly recommend.

I move a lot and I’ve had to store things on and off for the past several years. I’ve been working with Judy from the start. She’s friendly and informative and is always available to answer questions. I almost went to a different self storage place this year but after viewing the unit I decided to get in touch with her again to see if she had any units available. Throughout the training process, she was attentive to Joys need and learning experience. She was showing her how to fill out all of the information and explaining everything efficiently. The manager was very informative. Answered all my questions and confirmed my belief that a 53' tractor trailer unit will not be able to access all the rental units on site and that a moving shuttle would be required. This is so helpful when planning a long distance move. They have one smaller Rental truck subject to availability. This is the garage style roll up door type of self storage which makes for quick unloading and loading.

The staff at this location is the best, took time to explain everything, they have a clean environment, worth your money and safety for your items.

Judy and crew are pro to max. Kind, efficient, honest service. We've rented space here several years and the annual price never increases unreasonably as it has with other companies I've used. We love the accessibility directly to the outside, no winding through hallways and up stairs etc to get to ourstuff. Also easy to drive to from highway - but in a lovely natural setting surrounded by woods so breath of fresh air. Do note: not climate controlled so don't leave anything that can freeze (expand/ contract) - that can do a number on wooden furniture and temperature/moisture sensitive belongings. Tiny wildlife also shares space. The crew are great about placing mouse traps around the storage property- but do prepare to seal all cloth items from moths, mice, spiders. They will find old blankets. I learned the hard way. Truely love this company and my stuff has been very secure. Feels good in this automated day in age to do business with people who know your name and face and care about the quality of service. Highly recommend for storage needs! - juliann
