I can't tell you how much support I've received from Darlene! I have 2 storage units at 2 different i-storage locations and was facing an issue with each one...that is until I contacted Darlene and both problems were resolved the same day. Quality customer service and quick response time are becoming more and more rare these days, but not with Darlene. Thank you!

The online staff was helpful but they assigned me a space that really didnt exist. The staff onsite in my neighborhood is awesome and they made everything right.

I have been renting a storage unit here for almost a year now and this is what I have experienced. The facilities are kept very clean, I have never seen a maintenance issue (i.e. lights, climate control, ect), and the office staff is amazing! I just had to upgrade my unit from a climate controlled 10x10, to a climate controlled 10x15 and the process could not have been smoother. I definitely recommend this iStorage location to anybody!

Tosha was very helpful with helping me renting a unit & showing me where it was located.

We are planning a move soon and started researching companies and units that would suit us. We stopped into iStorage this afternoon and after talking with Tasha we knew exactly what we needed and secured the right unit!! I believe he said his name was Kyle. It was on March 28 Saturday I was there. He handled everything professionally. He was driving back and forth to several off sights the same day, so was late meeting me at the GM one, But, it all turned out ok and we were able to take care of all we needed to.

The staff Sharon and Zac were wonderfully helpful in getting set up with our new units. They were very efficient, polite and attentive to what we storage solutions we needed while moving house. 10/10, would recommend and use them again in the future.

Sharon was very helpful & personable. She went over the paperwork in a very professional way & made it very easy to understand. Since I will be returning a Uhaul truck also, she answered all my questions & showed me where to park it, what to do at drop off(even though the paperwork will have instructions) & the key drop. I starting looking for a storage unit right before the Thanksgiving holiday. Scouted several locations and their respective options and found this location and management team to be the most pleasant and professional. Facility inspection also indicated they are managing the property effectively too. Renting 1 unit at this time but would consider another should the need arise. Thanks.

Very Nice Newer facility and the on-site staff was extremely helpful. I leased a 10 x 10 unconditioned space easily on-line and the on-site staff quickly followed up. The gated access is very easy to use. Sharon and Mark made the paperwork process seamless and they were very pleasant and efficient. Great Location! Highly recommend!

Sharon is extremely efficient, friendly, and professional. I was set up with my unit, shown to the unit, and unpacked(small load) all well within about 30 minutes. And my goodness this facility is so clean and very well kept. If anyone in the area needs a storage unit, I strongly recommend this one. Their rental options are also very flexible at month-to-month.

Set up a reservation and went in on a Saturday. Sharon was the property manager and she was excellent to say the least. The equipment was not working the gate was not working the printer was acting funny and Sharon did everything in her power to keep the costomers inside content and deal with everyone in a very timly manor with very professional manors and was all around a great employee and person

I am not a fan of the call center. He didn't provide me with accurate information, said I was on the waitlist but sent a scheduled start date that we didn't discuss. However, when I contacted Sharon at the Great Mills location she was friendly, professional, and able to help me. The property is clean and we'll maintained. I would call direct if you can.

When an emergency situation required us to pack our entire home into storage for a few months, iStorage Great Mills really helped make a stressful situation better. When one unit became two, then a week later added a third, they helped us with unit deals, and in placing them close enough together we weren't running around from building to building to access our units. While the few months has turned into almost a year, I can still say the staff has remained friendly and helpful as ever, the grounds clean, and our belongings secure. Would definitely recommend whether for a few months, or more!

Thanks for keeping my things safe and secure. The facility is always kept clean an free of debris. Climate control is cool in summer and warm in winter. I have been satisfied going on 3 years!

I would choose Cecil's Mill again if I needed storage. Not only do they have better and fair rates - for climate control too - but the people in the office are friendly and helpful all the time! It must be a good place to work. :-)

Excellent experience! Cheapest in the area but still a great site, very clean. We had an emergency situation and they worked with us to help us out 100% and even knew someone in the area who could help us move our stuff! Will definitely be keeping all my storage needs here.
