Shannon, is the absolute best representative that I’ve personally met here. I have been around other representatives at I-storage locations and they were somewhat rude and disrespectful. I-storage would not be the same if Shannon ever leaves this place. I have been with this place for 6 months now and Shannon always treat me with respect and make me feel welcomed to come around.

I've been going through a rough patch these last few years. Which I'm sure everyone has. But Shannon and Denzel have worked with me so much. Shannon specifically has become like a family member I never see but always talk to she is understanding and so helpful!! Honestly it's hard to find people these days who go above and beyond for their guests and not be judgemental.

The property manager, Shannon, was very helpful in every way! She took the time to show me all of my choices for what I was looking for. I had a special circumstance and she addressed every question I had with immediate, well thought out answers. In addition to the normal amount of choices and information (that she handled professionally), I had more information that I emailed her soon after I signed the lease and she responded within 1 hour after I sent it, acknowledging she had received it and updated my file. Moving to the area from out of town and needed a storage facility. The process was very easy and the place is well organized, clean, and easily accessible for customers. Faith is an excellent employee! While visiting our storage today she asked us if we needed help with anything and even asked if we wanted her to sweep out my storage unit.

Recently rented from iStorage, and the whole process was very easy- Faith in the office made things simple and even took the time to show me where my unit was. I have had a storage locker here for the past year and a half...I LOVE the manager. Amazing customer service- he already has my account information pulled up when I walk in when I pay in store....always able to answer any questions...helps you make informed decisions regarding locker size etc...plus the entire facility is clean and well taken care of.

The facility on Willow Road in Lexington Park has been providing my storage space since October 2014. During that entire time, the staff has been friendly and helpful. Online support and auto-pay make this experience a breeze. Facility spaces are always neat and clean. No incidents have occurred to cause problems whether from security or environment. Highly recommend for personal storage.

The woman in the office , Tyki, is super nice and very helpful! I had an excellent experience with her customer service. I have 2 reasons for giving 4 stars instead of 5. Reason #1 - On 2 separate occasions, I have gone to my unit and the front gate has been wide open. Reason #2 - Upon recently moving my belongings from one unit to another, I found rodent feces. Aside from the ick factor, I store my off-season wardrobe here. I hope I don't find holes in my sweaters when I pull them out for winter. Outside of those two factors, the facility generally looks well maintained and the staff has always been friendly.

Nice staff, clean and secure facilities. A bit ridiculous that iStorage would charge an extra fee to do paperwork. That's their job. Wish I could charge a fee each time someone asked me to do something I'm employed to do. Lol.

Lexington iStorage is WONDERFUL!! The staff was SUPER. I moved to MD from VA on a Friday and realized I needed storage after trying to situate things all day that following Saturday. Called iStorage about 30 minutes before they closed. Arrived at the facility about 3 minutes before closing!! I felt so bad but the guys there were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND STILL SMILING!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the iStorage facility in Lexington Park to everyone in the area who needs storage!! The facility is very clean and secure. Hopefully you wont wait til the last minute before they close like I did. 😝

I had never leased a storage unit and was a little apprehensive. I did some research and went to tour a few sites. Shawn assisted me on my initial visit, he spent time explaining the process and gave us a tour of the site. I was impressed with the security and the cleanliness of the grounds. Just went over there today to sign my lease and was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, even just right after a major blizzard. Right away, you feel like your things are in a safe place. The facility is under constant video surveillance. Zack, a staff member, is wonderful in making sure your units are ready for use. I even got to the meet the owner, who is also a very nice man. I will definitely store my things here again!

This facility is still pretty new, and you can tell in the condition of everything. The main office is clean and well-organized, the gate and gate pad are always functioning, and my actual storage space was clean and ready for me when I started using it. All the staff that I've encountered have been awesome with my questions, and have been incredibly friendly and helpful. No complaints here!
