This is by far one of the cleanest self storage out there and probably safe. I get paranoid about self storages at times as some employees can be sketchy but the staff here are friendly and transparent.

I like this place and its quick process! The set up online was amazing. I needed storage immediately and I went online, followed the steps and was provided a storage unit just like that. The next morning, I was able to load my items in the unit. You have to bring your own lock and that is stated while going through the process online, so it was no surprises when I got there. Late that night I realized I had too much stuff and at 2:30 in the morning I needed another small unit for the rest of my things. I went online, followed the steps, paid online and just like that was provided another unit. I've never heard of this place but after having to move immediately this is a place I will always keep in mind and share to others who may need storage.

First off let me start with this is a great place to come and store your personal items. I came last minute nervous 😬 and a reck lol because of last minute decisions on the move. When I walked inside I was greeted with a bright beautiful smile. Very friendly and Professional 😊. Thank you Melissa for being so helpful and sweet and very honest with us. She was hands on and listened to me complain but calmly help me breathe and get me into the right Storage Unit I needed. To start, I easily reserved my unit online at the Farmington Hills location (Sinacola Ct.) Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call from the leasing manager, Melissa, to confirm my reservation. I was already at the location trying to park while on the phone with Melissa. Melissa let me check out the unit to make sure it would be adequate for my needs, as I was scheduled to move in on Feb 1, 2019, which was still a few days away. I arrived on Friday, Feb 1st for move in and was extremely early. Melissa not only met with me hours before my appointment, but she put her lunch aside to accommodate me! She was very pleasant, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, secure and very well lit at night. I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

The property manager, Melissa, is very helpful when it came to finding the right unit that I needed.

I was in a really tight situation and needed a unit with a lot of space and didn't have a whole lot of money. Melissa saw what unit I was interested in and asked me what I was going to be storing and told me that even though it was a little bit more money that the larger unit would be better for me and easier to access. I had to make arrangements for my mom to go in in my place to sign all the documents and take the initial delivery to the unit and Melissa was very accomodating in helping make the process as smooth as possible. She even called to let us know that we had locked the unit wrong the first time and left a message requesting that we call her back so that she knew we got the message because she was concerned about the security of our belongings. Overall Melissa is fantastic and I would recommend this place to anyone because of the personal touch she added to the experience we had with her.

Melissa is absolutely WONDERFUL! So thorough, honest, friendly and caring! The rates here are very fair and the property is kept up very well, could not be more pleased between Management and Facility. I shopped around before I found this place, and at the time, they had the best rates in the area hands doen (and are actually still very competitive as I shopped for space for someone else just tpday - which spurred me to finally write this glowing review). I've been here 3 years now and this will be the last stop for my Stuff, for sure.

The property manager at this location is amazing, and the reason why I selected this facility for my storage needs. She is very professional, welcoming and accomodating. It is conveniently located, inexpensive compared to local competitors, clean, and has a good selection of units.

The customer service you get at this place is simply outstanding!!! Melissa was really welcoming, and made the documentatuon process quick and easy.

I am so happy I did a little research before I chose a storage facility. I spent maybe 10 minutes or so looking for a good deal on google. Let me assure you - there's no way you're going to find a less expensive storage unit even close to the value you'll get coming here! I only needed a small unit, but was sure I'd need a deposit, credit check, security fee or something. I was wrong. The only fee I paid was $20 (one time fee) just to get my account set up. I paid for two months, got the 2nd month 50%off, and spent LESS than $70!!! The closest price for the same size unit is $77 a month, almost double. This facility has a person living on site, who keeps a close eye on things. They have security cameras, and everything is nice and clean. A woman named Melissa helped me with everything I needed today and was super nice. I'm so happy I have a safe, inexpensive place to store my things. I'll definitely be recommending this place. I wish I could give it 6 stars!!

This location always has a super friendly staff and maintains their property well. Snow is always managed and the yard is kept clear of debris. The monthly rates are definitely better than every other storage facility nearby that I'm aware of! I was a customer from 2013-2015 and just became a repeat customer due to the top notch service I received in the past. Thank you Simply Self Storage!

The customer service here is spectacular! My husband and I are in the process of moving currently and your employee Melissa is always very helpful whenever I enter the store. It has helped make the move so much less stressful knowing that my stuff will be taken care of and if I need anything, I only ever need to ask her. My experience with the Simply Self Storage on Sinacola Court in Farmington Hills Michigan was PHENOMENAL! I moved several weeks ago and due to multiple problems we had with the moving company we used, I had to obtain a storage unit. I called the facility and was assisted by a very friendly, knowledgeable, professional store clerk. After stating what I needed, the clerk quickly navigated thru the available inventory until we found a unit that perfectly suited my needs. The day of my move we discovered that a few furniture pieces would not fit readily the space. Frantically calling to see if a larger unit was available, my call was answered by a man named Patric (no k, lol). Patric Smith turned out to be the facility manager. He calmed me, saying not to worry, just to leave it all to him. When we arrived later that day Patric had indeed handled it all. He went over and beyond, always reassuring me with efficiency and professionalism. On one of the most frustrating, trying days of my life, Patric and the Simply Self Storage crew are AWESOME. I've been recommending them to everyone!!!
