Itz ok for the moment. The first two storages units were dirty on the floors looked like oil nor were their swept out. But once I've arrived on the 3rd floor, climate controlled I was ok.

I was very impressed with the iStorage on Telegraph in Redford MI. The rates were cheaper than other places for the size of my storage unit and the availability was immediate. Since I haven't had the need for a storage unit, I was very glad Jodi was on duty when I came. She was very knowledgeable and amicable. She took me to my unit and showed me how to get in and of the locked gate. I feel very confident that my items are secured and I love seeing the numerous cameras both inside and outside of the storage units. It's only been a month but I would highly recommend the iStorage on Telegraph near the I96 expressway.

Mary was incredibly helpful and thorough in her touring of the storage facility! Everything was easily cleaned, and they require you to wear a mask in order to enter the building which was reassuring. The site is really easy to access, and I love that there's an individual code for each user. Very well lit, and the site itself is very clean. I am very happy they were able to accommodate our needs so quickly!

Found iStorage online because it was close to me and it was a definitely a great choice. First, onlinecustomer service rep was friendly and very knowledgeable with helping me set up the reservation. Talked to the site Manager to make an appointment and once I got there she was also very nice and helpful with ensuring that I knew all the details on the ground, their process as well as thoroughly going through the contract. I don't plan on staying very long but the experience has definitely been a great one and I would highly recommend iStorage as you place to keep your belongings safe and secure.

Alex and Mary were very friendly and professional. They made me feel like my items were not oy valuable to me but to them as well. I felt respected and welcomed. Two thumbs up!

Firstly, the prices are excellent! Cheap, in my opinion, but the facilities do not look cheap and are well kept. Beyond that, their customer service is tremendous. Mary was very clear in providing information when my wife and I first visited to inquire about renting a unit, then she was very patient in holding the unit for us until we needed to occupy it. Also, they provide you with three keys for your unit which seems like a lot to me but I guess they are willing to do what it takes to help customers have access to our units. Glad we found this place.

This place has great prices, the customer service is wonderful, always there when I needed them for anything. We never had a single problem here, definitely recommend.

They have low cost self storage units and they will give you up to a 5 day grace period to pay your storage unit at no extra cost to you, but if you don't pay for your storage unit until after your grace period is up, its another $5 and so on!

rented a storage unit from simply storage currently known as Istorage; I had a pleasant experience with management very bubbly and polite. However I hit some hardships and feel behind on my payments so I got notice that on November 27, 2018 the unit would be auctioned off, by the 29th of Nov.2018 I received an email stating that the bidder left behind some personal items and I was thankful and saw it as a blessing because I hand some very important personal prayers business agendas and plans with some poems personal letters greeting cards and other art works I created to sell as part of a business I was working on basically it is works of my soul that are now gone and I am just writing this review to establish the lost articles that also included books I was working on and a Graphic Design Certificate it is very tragic that I lost these things in storage but I just had to make it open not a complaint with management but to report a valuable loss of works.

The manager (sorry, don't remember her name) was really chipper and perky in a kinda movie-like way that was not generally the way that I prefer to interact with people, but it grew on me pretty quickly. She was really helpful and great. When I need storage for myself, I will surely go back and ask for her help again.

I have been renting a storage unit at the Redford location for 2 years, and I have had zero problems. Not only that, but when I found a better rate at a different location, I was offered a price match. Additionally, Mary is always looking out for her tenants. I have placed my lock on improperly, rendering it useless, and she contacted me within the hour to rectify the situation. I could tell more stories of how she has helped ensure quality and safety of the location, but I'll leave it with saying I have always felt my things were in safe hands here.
