Jeremy was very kind and helpful.

I've not had a bad experience here. Management is always available to help with issues. When I forget a payment is due, which happens upon occasion, Jeremy (the manager of the Sylvan Lake location) always reaches out a day or two before the payment would be late with a reminder. I've been grateful several times over the years for his assistance. He has also assisted when I have had problems logging into my online account. Thank you, Jeremy, for all you do!

Rented a outside storage locker from them online...everything went smooth. The locker was clean, dry and even had a overhead light inside. The staff was friendly and helpful. The site itself seems very secure. Would not hesitate to use again.

The best way to describe this location is “professional”. Extremely well run, consistent experience. Staff and management are always accessible and the grounds are clean. One thing that I noticed when I was picking something up in the middle of the night was that local law-enforcement does a good job keeping an eye on the grounds and the surrounding neighborhood. All of this comes at a reasonable price as well. Another small, but important note is that you can use an app to enter the storage facility. This means pretty much touchless entry and exit. Something to consider during these pandemic times.

The gate can be opened via APP is awesome for pandemic. The space is big, and the price is fair; hopefully, have more karts for the boxs moving.

This place is super clean compared to my other storage unit somewhere else. I am assuming that they put a lot of money in for managing the place. The manager is also helpful and accommodating. If I had a business, I probably would steal him as my employee. I think he actually cares about the people that stores there.

Our experience with Bloomfield/Sylvan Simply Self Storage has been top-notch 100% satisfaction on all points. We have used facility for 2 moves in past years. This past winter, we needed an extra unit for a few months for my delicate art work and supplies. Jeremy found us an additional in-door climate controlled unit at great price that was on special. I've used this Simply Self Storage location for the past three years, in order to store my samples/work -related materials. Jeremy has always been very communicative and responds to emails and/or calls very quickly. The building itself is well-lit, safe feeling, and the access is secure yet simple. I always feel safe when I'm in the building where my unit is located, even when I'm the only one inside at that time. I've used other rental facilities before, and have had some creepy experiences, but this place is clean, professional, prompt, and accommodating. Couldn't ask for a better storage unit facility!

I have been a tenant at the Sylvan lake facility for at least 6 yrs now. I can not say enough great things about Jeremy and how he goes above and beyond to be helpful, accommodating and always in a great mood. I have always thought in my mind, "Simply storage is so luck to have him as a manager, because it is so obvious he loves his job and is extraordinary at his job". The property is always spotless and in great shape. I always feel secure and safe when coming and going. I love my indoor unit and the location to my home. The only complaint I would have about SS, is they are constantly raising they're prices. Highly recommend this location.

We have used this location of Simply Self Storage twice now for storing furniture and other more delicate items in-between and during moves. We have rented non-climate and climate controlled units both times. We shopped around a lot the first time, and could find no other storage that met our needs and had such a good price and excellent level of service. We shopped around the second time, about 5 years later, and found that this was still the best option for us. Jeremy runs an excellent operation and his friendly service is over-the-top excellent!
