Totally Awesome

After a bit of searching around I found that this place was among the best price value and location based on my needs. This is my first time renting a storage unit and I had the pleasure of speaking with Chad, the property manager, when I went to check this place out. Great guy, friendly, informative, accommodating. Not only did he answer my questions but also explained why. I was just looking for a little extra space to store some of my, let's be honest, junk. He asked what my purpose/needs were for a unit, i.e. just some stuff or a whole house worth. He was straight to the point, didn't try to up-sell me on a bigger unit than I needed nor did he try to push thier additional items they offer like locks, boxes, blankets etc... Very accommodating hours of service, the entire grounds are secure and monitored by cameras. I feel very comfortable storing my stuff hear and have already recommended this place to a friend of mine. I would definitely recommend, at least checking this place out, if you are in need of additional storage space!

Good storage and prices, but do not buy anything you may need to return as you will not get a refund and they still awe me for items. Said they need to speak to management. I gave them the items and I never got a response. I am out of the items and the $$ money. They wanted to credit my storage account but I was checking out so there was nothing to credit. I would rent from them again, and ask for my credit, just not purchase any items, I may need to return.

We rented a garage here and the next day I got a call that I had put the lock on incorrectly,so pleased to find out they do security checks and had a call right away about it!Good customer service!!🙂

Friendly and knowledgeable service from Chad. Truly got everything I needed and all questions answered on the first visit. Quick set up and I was done. 4 stars because I had some trouble paying my bill. The online portal showed I had nothing due, so I couldn’t use it. When I called it told me $111 was due but the automated phone service wouldn’t register my cc number (I tried 7 different times in 3 different calls). Finally, Chad (saved the day) called me back and processed my payment through the phone in 2 mins.

I signed up for one of the units I viewed and received helpful advice about storage and keeping my items safe. I am happy with the price I paid and the hours I can access my stuff. Rented my unit for several years so when I came to clear out, everything was different. With the help of Chad Haines, though, everything was a breeze. He took the time to help me navigate both the new (to me) set-up, and the move out process. That was much appreciated! My overall experience renting at SSS has been great. Is recommend them.

We chose this location for our extra belongings as we were in the process of down sizing from a family home to empty nesting. The items that we stored were more or less items for our outdoor furnishings and amusements, as we wanted to retain many items in the event that we would find a cabin or hobby farm. This location and building site proved excellent for this purpose, with easy access in and out of the camera secured grounds. The one story buildings were super easy to navigate and the billing was simple and efficient. Also, a huge plus was the easy locale to 35W, 35E, Hwy 13 and Cedar Avenue. You can get just about anywhere and go any direction with terrific ease. At the conclusion of our storage contract, we found our items safe and secure in our dry storage locker. Considering our former experience of having our home furnishings in a temperature controlled storage facility elsewhere, I am grateful to have found this facility in Eagan, as it served our purpose of wanting to retain our valuables without the huge fee of storing at an indoor, multi level facility with huge prices. Thank you Simply Self Storage! You are worth your weight in gold!

After a really bad experience trying to rent a space at Acorn Mini Storage, I drove here without calling ahead. Chad, the manager, was polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. With his help, I got the paperwork signed, got the right size space for my needs, put my belongings in storage, and was on my way, all in less than an hour. Chad is terrific!
