Painless rental, fast, good humored, good location. Most of the paperwork done on the internet. I used Photoshop to fill in the form. Easy to memorize code for the gate, which worked flawlessly. Two dollies in good shape, wheels did not freeze in place. Adequate lighting. Bought a gorilla lock with 3 keys. They use a wood pallet to keep everything above floor level. Door opened easily. Floors were spotless, nothing to catch the dolly wheels. Office well lit, not cluttered, clean, air conditioned. Manager guessed my name, polite, professional, refrained from mindless chit chat.

The lady by the front desk was so good and so understanding. Number 1 in customer service!!!!!!

First off, iStorage has the best rates for storage units of any facility in the area. Trust me, I did my research! Secondly, Kerri (manager) was amazing! I was having a horrible day with literally everything falling apart when it came to our move. The movers didn't show up, utility providers being difficult with ending service, etc etc.. However, iStorage and Kerri in particular were amazing. I had reserved 2 units online because I wasn't sure which unit would fit all of our things. Kerri held them and helped me decide which would be best and it worked out perfectly. She was hospitable, understanding, and professional. She explained everything I needed to know about the rental process, sorted out all the paperwork for easy signing, and walked me to the unit to give me a tour of the grounds. She even offered to sweep away a pile of leaves that had accumulated near the unit and removed some old pallets nearby. When my gate code didn't work immediately (takes about an hour for the system to catch up), she was quick to provide me with a temporary code. Kerri and iStorage have without a doubt been the only positive experience my family and I had with our moving process. Thank you soooo much Kerri. A++++++ customer service.

We recently downsized our unit after reorganizing and donating gently used items to charity. Kerri and Erin in the local office immediately and seamlessly facilitated that transition. A minor paperwork issue arose after that, but Kerri was immediately available by phone—and she and I resolved it with a quick face-to-face appointment a day later. Our new unit is immaculate! And I greatly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the friendly and efficient service!

I recently had a question and concern regarding a notice of change to my contract. I went into the Middletown location and spoke with Jorge who was very understanding of my concern and a good listener. He told me the actions he was going to take and what I could expect in follow up. I am most pleased with the follow up and addressing of my concern. It is rare to get such great service these days and Jorge is a great ambassador of your company!

So far very impressed. Jorge walked me through the entire process, I have never had a storage unit before, working with him made it a breeze. He also made sure I understood how to get around and use the locks etc.. Extra and appreciated attention to detail. They sell some limited supplies as well, the prices are very reasonable, nice to see.

The crew at this facility is incredible. They go above and beyond with regards to customer service. For a small business owner that needed storage space, they have a lot to offer at a reasonable price. I could not ask for more.

I had a wonderful experience here highlighted by the terrific Jim who bent over backwards with his thoughtful and generous spirit. I’ve had a very hectic moving out and he literally helped me by finding a 5 star mover after I had to fire the original. What a guy! And the place is nice and reasonable too!

The facility is clean and well maintained. Though I could not park next to my unit, the indoor floor was smooth concrete and there was nicely sloped ramp to get from the vehicle up to the main floor. The best part for us was that the guy who did the rental agreement, came out to help us move our load into the unit. I feel my things are being safely stored. My personal pet peeves are 1) I unloaded from a trailer that was being towed by a big RV (bus). It is a little tight to move around inside the storage area; 2) I'm used to spending a lot less for the same sized unit. But this seems average $ for the area. It is what it is ... right? I'll be back. This place is convenient for me and I recommend it.
