I have rented here myself since 2016, and with my late husband since 2011 before that. I've always been impressed and happy with the people who work here. Kudos to Kevin who bends over backwards to provide the best customer service he possibly can! It is because of Kevin that this business gets five stars - not because of the owners at NSA Storage. Kudos, Kevin!!! If I had a business and needed someone trustworthy, reliable, and very customer-oriented, I would hire him away in a second!

I arrived...totally upset at having to move and store furniture due to unacceptable surroundings at a current address. The manager listened, talked and responded as I told about my situation even while working on what I needed.

Customer service was great, enough space to get a uhaul to the drive up units, and the units themselves seem to be in a generally good state.. that being said the asphalt is a bit beat up. Over all, pretty good experience.. will definetly recommend!

This place was exactly what my family was looking for: very convenient in the middle of Kettering, near major roads, plenty of available units and options, and clean. The staff are some of the best I've ever interacted with, gracious and polite, and I plan to rent here for at least a year. One area of improvement would be the torn up concrete in some parts of the lot; seems like an easy fix and it's an eye-sore and unpleasant to drive over.

My husband just recently rented a storage unit here, and it's been a really convenient and clean location, with a good price compared to others in the area! The fact that it's climate controlled is a big plus, too.

Nice facility with minimal lighting in the storage units themselves. Minimal, however, is better than the non-existent lighting I've seen at other facilities. The manager, Chris, is one if the nicest people I've ever done business with. All that being said, it's very close to housing and popular businesses, so you'll pay for that convenience.
