I LOVE JUDY!!!

I have been renting space at the Whipple location for a little over a year now. I am a manufacturers rep and I keep all of my samples here while they are not being used for evals or trials. There is a nice pull in garage that helps me stay out of the unpredictable Ohio weather while I am loading and unloading. The units are also clean and temperature controlled. Judy has been extremely helpful the whole time I have been here. She is always polite, answers all my questions and also informs me of what else iStorage has to offer. I would highly recommend coming in and talking with Judy for any of your storage needs.

Staff is friendly and is definitely secure. The frustrating part is in the 3 to 4 months I rented there, the doors were always broken. Then they raise the price $30 a month instead of fix the door. $220 a month for 10x10 is absurd.

You get what you pay for. These are indoor, temperature controlled units that are not inexpensive. Nice facility that you can pull into a garage to unload and they supply wheeled movers to load you treasures on. Only complaint is the larger units could use a light inside them.

I stopped in yesterday to get a storage unit and Mark assisted me. He was so personable & provided a great customer service experience! Great asset to this company! Even though availability is very limited for units he was very encouraging and informative! My mother & I both have units & we highly recommend using these storage units if you can to store your stuff because it’s climate controlled & your items are safe & will be protected!

Mark was great and very professional! The other 10 storage facilities in the same area did not give me a good impression over the phone. They were just not as good. I Storage is a little bit on the high side in my opinion, but I know my stuff is safe, insured, and secure. They received my business because they return phone calls in a timely manner. They are also very professional. I'm only planning on using it for three months but I can recommend it ask for Mark he will take care of you.

I went there the other night when it was close to closing and it was snowy and cold. I cannot say enough about Mr. Jackson who waited on me. I purchased several things when I’m sure he was probably very ready to go home. But not once did he make me feel rushed. He was so kind and helpful and helped carry things to my truck. I’m a customer service manager and very conscious about the service levels when I’m the customer. He went above and beyond, was super friendly and professional. I reserved a storage there 01/23/2020. Mark went thru all the steps with the contract. He was very helpful and friendly.

I work for a local printer in Canton. A few times each week I stop in at I Storage to pick up paper left there by our paper supplier. Judy and Mark are always very friendly and willing to help. The facility is easily accessible and kept very clean and tidy. It’s a joy to stop there each and every time.

This is by fair the best storage facility I have been to. I have lived in 8 different states and this is is the cleanest, organized, and great staff. Judy and Mark are the staff I see in there all the time and they deserve a raise!!! They have proven time and time again how amazing there customer service is. They are amazing. They never have given me any trouble. The building has a garage so you don't have to be in the heat or in the cold. The building has is secure. Easy access to everything. I also get things delivered there. The will hold on to it until I get there or you can give them a key and they will put it in you storage unit. I have done it and nothing ever goes missing. My husband was connected to an 800 number when investigating storage sized & price. He was quoted a “Special” price, but when he got to the Canton site, they didn’t offer that size or that price, so he had to choose the next (more expensive) size up. We think they should have honored that price quote, and felt it may be a ploy to get people in the door without a good price. Moving forward, my husband had an excellent experience with a thorough touring the facility. Mark was outstanding in his knowledge and professionalism. He earned a 5 star. The following day I received this feedback questionnaire- not my husband, who opened the account. I called the office, as I (and my #) are secondary, and was told that it’s a corporate issue, which isn’t an acceptable response. We would love to have a manager or “corporate” to contact us to resolve some of our concerns. UPDATE: I was contacted by Judy, who addressed and resolved all of my concerns in a very professional manner. Based on her customer service, I would give iStorage a 5 star rating.

This is a very well put together facility. They have a warm and cool garage where you can get you belongings for summer and winter. There facility is amazingly clean including the bathroom and well organized. The employees are extremely friendly, caring, and honest. I enjoy using there facility. It is perfect for anything including home and storage for business. I recomend this facility all day long.

Great facility with even better managers in Judy and Mark - they’re always extremely helpful and pleasant, going above and beyond to not only answer questions, but to be hands-on and help! I’ve never once heard a variation on the ‘’can’t leave my desk, sorry’’ mantra that you get at so many other businesses. If you have a concern, they’ll come look; if you need help finding something, they’ll gladly show you. The temperature-controlled units are a huge plus if you have valuables that need to be safely stored in a ‘’cool, dry place’’. You won’t find that at any of those rinky-dink storage facilities on the side of the freeway, nor will you find this caliber of customer service. Stop in for a tour!

This review is for two separate times I have used this facility. The first time, my x-wife and I were going through a hard time and needed to store our house hold items so we could move in with family. Unfortunately, that chapter ended in divorce. The manager was willing to work with me to get my items out of the storage locker and close out the unit with very little headache. This customer service prompted me to return a second time. This time around I needed a storage space for my belongings while my girlfriend and I waited for our new house to be built. The facility is very clean and I love the garage access. If I had any critiques about this facility or business, It would be to maybe try and pro-rate partial months when people move out mid month. If I am only going to be in the facility for a few days of a new billing cycle, I don't fully agree with having to pay a full cycles worth. Even with this I still give this facility a 5 star rating. Thank you for your time and assistance over the years.

Excellent storage facility! The 2 people working the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me a tour of the place, showed me all my potential units, and even showed me how to access the keypad to get in. This place is very very clean and it’s easy to access your unit.Glad I was able to get a storage space here! First month was free, bonus, and the sign up process was very easy! Would definitely recommend!

Mark & Jordy were great! I had never rented a storage unit before but needed to for a move; Mark was very helpful showing me all the available units & prices and even took the time to show me how the gate & doors worked. The facility was spotless and the sign up was quick and painless (And the first month was free) I was even able to sign up for automatic payments so i wont miss a payment. 5/5 Stars would recommend to anyone who in need of a storage unit!

I was a tenant for over 10 years at iStorage and would recommend them to anyone for there storage needs. The staff of Judy and Mark were always attentive, prompt and professional. The amenities, including the office you could reserve to conduct meetings was a big plus!

Went there Monday after I got off work, it was almost closing time for iStorage, but the lady I believe her name was Judy, was very kind and helpful and still help me get set up with a storage unit and took the time to answer any questions that I had and told me all of the policies while we were getting everything set up. Usually people in that situation wouldn't be so kind, but she definitely was very kind to me and my boyfriend. Really recommend them, they are very nice storage units as well.

I had a great experience doing business with iStorage! The staff was helpful, courteous, and professional. In fact, they went above and beyond to ensure my check-in experience went smoothly. It's great when you can find a business that has the combination of professionalism and courtesy. You might have to spend a bit more to rent a space, but the price is competitive in comparison to other climate-controlled facilities. I recommend iStorage without reservation.

We had a very positive experience with iStorage of Canton. We were especially impressed by Judy, the manager. She and her assistant (Mark) were friendly and went out of their way to provide us with quality customer service. (That mindset impacted the interactions and conversations among the customers too.) Although price is a factor, I would certainly recommend this location to anyone who is seeking a well run, climate-controlled storage facility.

Friendly ppl awesome facility

Very nice and clean. I love the garage you use to unload your items. Only downfall I would say is the price. It's fairly expensive and quickly becomes not worth it. I can see why their main draw is companies and offices storing excess items here. UPDATE: 9 months later, as I am getting ready to move out of my unit and out of state, I finally have a light. I hope the next tennant appreciates it. At least it will help speed up getting the unit emptied. I added one extra star as I still think it's fairly expensive for what it is and the fact it took 9 months to finally have a light.

Climate control is a must for the psychopath Mother Nature here in Ohio, with 77 & 29 degree days back to back. You won't go wrong with this facility, no matter your storage needs.

This storage facility, combines excellent Staff (Judy is the best !!!), with great support features (24 Hour access, Mail and Package receiving and lock-up, clean environment, temperature controlled, and spacious units) coupled with convenient location (Near Airport, and Interstate Route 77). There were several reasons: 1) being that it was indoor and climate controlled; 2) the easy access and convenience of loading and unloading 3) the friendly staff that helped me with my questions and concerns. Amazing customer service from Judy!!!!! I am transitioning out of the Marine Corps and all of my household goods are being shipped from California to the iStorage facility in Canton, Ohio. Judy was exceptionally professional and friendly and made the transition so easy especially since I was not able to be there to accept the shipment! I saw the unit I was given and it was clean and very spacious for all my items, it looked brand new! Judy and Sheryl are the most helpful storage personnel I have ever dealt with. They answered every question I had, and are a credit to the company. The storage unit is the best I have ever rented in any of the 5 areas in which I have lived. Climate control is excellent, security is the best I have ever encountered. The unloading area is secure such that only active renters can enter the garage. The facility is clean and well carpeted.

The Canton iStorage is a really nice facility. The climate controlled interior keeps your expensive items from ruining. The heated garage keeps you warm and dry and out of any bad weather when loading your items. It is a safe and secure facility. Sheryl, the woman that works there, is very nice. She is always ready to answer questions, offer a nice greeting along with a smile. She keeps the place clean and neat. I definitely would recommend using Canton I storage.
