Olivia was super helpful and explained everything so I not only understood but felt comfortable. So my experience was excellent. If you're looking for a storage unit, definitely check them out for availability.

I rented a storage bin from Istorage, I have since moved out..! In the mist of me moving out, there were thing's I didn't understand about there policy. So I got in touch with the site manger Ms. Kelly. Ms. Kelly was very informative on helping me resolve my issues. There are times when we as consumers fly off the handle when things don't go our way..! In this case Ms. Kelly was a true professional, and amazing diplomata. Remember "Never argue with the cook that prepares the food because he's the only one that knows what's in it, The server just brings it to you" In other words don't fight with the person that's trying to help you..! by bringing your food, talk to the cook. Ms. Kelly you are truly a credit to your profession, and if there were more Ms. Kelly's problem's would be much less..! I don't know what Istorage is paying you, but for your humbleness, willingness to go beyond for your customer and the extra miles you'll go to resolve issues that you will make your own, they're not paying you enough..! Keli at iStorage in Forest Park gave me EXCEPTIONAL customer service toady! I rented a 10 x 20 for vehicle winter storage and she had the contract ready in about 5 minutes! With her help I now have a very clean unit to store my vehicle close to home. Keli is truly an asset to the iStorage team! I look forward to dealing with her again next year!

5 stars for Property Manager Keli! Me and my family were in a nasty spot and were about to lose EVERYTHING here! But she swooped in and saved our stuff! MUCH BETTER Care than Public Storage who COULDNT WAIT to snap up my deceased father's storage without telling me. They even left ALL our info on paper docs and never put them in the system, leaving us to be questioned who we were every time we called in. Sticking with iStorage permanently. Now.......if they could just allow split payments they would be perfect. Still, AMAZING care from Keli and iStorage~ P.S: Did what I could as thanks and swept out our storage for you. Got every bit of dust I could out for ya. ;)

The reason we gave this store a 5 Stars is because of Keli V the Manager there, has a business/personable impact on the customers there and she care about the up keep of the facility. Keli goes beyond and above her job duties to make sure that the facility and the client's needs are met to the fullest of the business and the people. We've had nothing but an excellent experience there. Despite the change in Managers over the years of when we first started to use iStorage.

Best decision ever , decent pricing , and nice environment but most importantly, I've received nothing but the BEST customer service from the property manager Cara Gaines !!!! She makes sure all of my questions are answered and give me great information when needed !. & I appreciate it . Makes everything there a good experience!

Simply storage exceeded my expectations. They where super professional and very accomidating. The manager was so nice and made sure my concerns and needs where met. I highly recommend Simply storage. I had a very positive experince.

Would guess we have been customers for 20 years. On-location office of personnel are warm and friendly. If you are late with a payment, you will be getting immediate voicemails and text. Too bad they aren't as prompt with site maintenance: general repairs take WAY too long. Location is right for us, and security is good, so we stay. Were it not for cleanliness and repairs, this would be 5 stars.

I give this place 5 stars. The worker I gave my business card to Cara, called me this morning for one of her customers that does not drive. I wanted to write this because of the help I received at Simply Storage. Cara Gaines was such a help when I was in a hard spot.... I had another storage unit at a company on W. Sharon rd in Cincinnati. I had paid them but I get this call saying they didn't receive it. I slid the payment into the slot in the door where you drop off payments. They said they would look into it which when I received a call back they said it was double locked and I had to pay again. This means I doubled paid. So I went to Simply Storage after going to a few other places and I am glad I came to this place. They helped me out so much. They understood my concerns with security and were so helpful. Cara Gaines is such a great individual. She was so nice, warm hearted and helpful. Thank you Simply Storage! Thank Cara!
