I moved from California to Franklin Tennessee and was looking for a storage unit. I hit the jackpot when I found iStorage Self Storage on Columbia Avenue. The reason I say this is because of the manager Stephanie. She was very energetic and knowledgeable and professional. She got me set up for exactly what I needed and quickly got my unit cleaned out. She was fun, upbeat and very helpful. In my short time with her I think she asked me if there was anything else she could do for me about three (3) times. If I had my own business I would steal her. I thought she was the owner because she took such good care of me and was, “On the ball”. A few days after my experience I stopped back at IStorage to tell her personally what a great employee she was. We need more people like Stephanie running businesses in America.

my experience was great the location is clean and neat easy access to the locker and the rates are very good compared to the other storage facilities in town. Ted was easy to deal with and very helpful.

From the beginning of my experience the website was easy to access and navigate around. All the information I placed to reserve a unit was filed and walking in to complete it went quickly. I hate putting all that information in and then having to repeat it again.... I didn't have to with iStorage. The staff was quick and friendly. I got just what I wanted and they didn't try to sell me for more money. Thank you.

My grandmother passed away recently and we had to clean out her storage unit. It was a difficult and painful process but Jordan made the experience significantly easier and less painful. My band uses this storage company now to house our music equipment while we’re not on tour. We were having trouble with our last storage company, but one call to iStorage and we were setup with a lot better deal than we were getting at our last storage place! Stopped in to check out the prices of parking which are wonderfully priced.They we’re booked up on parking but Ashley (she was super friendly and smilies the whole time)took my name so if something came open by Tuesday.I would recommend them to anyone just because it’s hard to find friendly and good customer service these days.

Checked prices around town they were a few dollars more but I got a free month and good customer service.

The quick and knowledgeable Karen was legendary, we got set up professionally here in a matter of minutes. Very secure and clean units.

I had never rented storage space, although I did visit various units in Franklin before making my decision to rent space at Simply Storage. It was mostly because of the cleanliness of the units, and friendliness of the staff. The day i visited there was also the first day for Karen to work there, and I believe I was her first customer. I feel very secure with my personal items stored at this Simply Storage location.

I have been renting a unit here for about six months and I have to say I have never experienced doing business quite like this. Every single person I have come into contact with in this company has been friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to speak to. The unit was clean and the driveways are graded so there's no concern of my unit flooding. I've never had an issue with the door opening or closing to my unit like I have at some other storage places. The gate is very secure and my code is super easy to remember but hard to guess. And I just have to put this here, Stephen is the person I spoke to last. My family and I have come into financial difficulties and have been homeless for while. When we were backed up a few payments Stephen sent me an email and asked me to call him. I came to the office to speak to him and he was a breath of fresh air in the toxicity I've been living in. Most of our creditors are completely unsympathetic, viewing myself and my husband as "accounts receivable" instead of people. Stephen, however, was instantly compassionate. We worked out a payment plan, he gave me multiple options on payment methods, and he made sure I could contact him at any time if we ran into any more trouble. I wanted to cry while talking to him because he had been the first person who didn't turn his nose up at me when I owed money. We are so thankful to have chosen to do business with this company and will be recommending them to everyone who asks us where they should store their possessions. The price is well worth the service and keeping this place in business for a long time.

I have tried to call this location a few times and had trouble getting someone on the phone. I Went by there this week to get some information on a storage unit as my family and I will be moving soon. Stephen was EXTREMELY helpful in getting me the information that I need in order to make this happen. I definitely will be going back to see him once ready to rent a storage unit!

I also have complete confidence in Karen Reece - she's run the place for the past couple of years. While I have never had a complaint about prior managers, Ms. Reece stands out as very profession.
