I have had such a pleasant experience with iStorage in Lebanon. Tony has called me a couple times to let me know when my unit was not properly closed and still partially open so that I could come fix it. He has also been very understanding and accommodating with a couple other scenarios I’ve needed help with in my 2 years of storing belongings at iStorage in Lebanon. The other office employees I’ve interacted with have also been very kind and helpful; I just can’t remember their names right now. Thank you!

I’ve been here for years and I’ve never had a problem. I had to switch storages to another storage in this facility and they were super helpful with that as well. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Wonderful and very helpful management!

Management called me stating my bill was overdue even tho I was out of state. Allowed me to keep my unit until Monday when I was able to pay the bill 🙂 overall very kind and courteous customer service and I’ll recommend it to all who is looking for one!

I found this storage clean, well lite and the owner Jeffery went well above what is normal to accomodate my needs. Jeffery was the first local I met and he answered all my questions about the surrounding area and provided me with names of electricians, plumbers, and other service providers I needed. Very friendly and helpful. I consider him a friend and someone I can contact for help. Highly recommend this storage.

Fabulous as usual! Walter is wonderful to work with I have rented at this Location beforeI! But I have also rented “as far as I can remember” with 10 different Companies from PA to SC to the Nashville Area, Old Hickory, Hermitage, Donelson, Whitehouse, and Lebanon. Now I am in need of another Unit. Maddox Simpson Location has beat all the other’s!. Personnel are always very helpful, with a friendly attitude. Lot .Area Clean and Neat! And even the reminder phone calls are very courteous and kind..I was there for about 5 years.before It was Great then and it continues now,!. So where else would I go ?

When I arrived the associate greeted me acknowledged that I was there. Was very friendly helpful , knowledgeable & efficient. In my opinion he deserves a raise. Customer service isn't what it used to be and this gentleman is a good fit for your company.

The staff is excellent and extremely lovely to deal with. They have been so amazing!! 10 out of 10 recommended!!

We've come back to this location after using it many years ago. Reason? Clean units and a large selection of climate controlled units. Fair pricing and freindly staff. Only disappointment was no loading dollys. If we hadn't brought one, moving in would have been very difficult.

Jeffrey is fantastic! We had a complicated request and he went out of his way to figure it out. He called around and took measurements until we found a solution that works perfect for us.

The Customer Service was great. What would have really helped would have been a map of the place. Especially for the out gate. That keypad was tricky. I just happened to spot it standing there by itself. Hmmm....2+2=4

I got a storage unit with a different company, however the cynlinder locks they sell don't fit their units!! I went to iStorage & got lock from Tony!! He was absolutely wonderful considering I don't do business with them!! Thanks Tony!!!

Very nice place, and very clean

iStorage was recommended to me by a friend who used them. I called from out of state and set up my rental. Tony was very helpful in securing a large, temperature-controlled unit which I paid for a couple of weeks before I'd need it as this size/type was in short supply. I bought a lock over the phone and Tony handed it to me as I walked in the office - very efficient. Now, my gate code did not work, but I was given one that did, so all is well.

Tony in the office was very helpful as I set this up over the phone from across the country. He told me exactly what I needed to do so I secured a large temperature-controlled unit a couple of weeks before I needed it as they were in short supply. He sold me a lock and had it ready when I walked in - very efficient. I've no idea how many months I'll need my unit - waiting for house to be built - came in from out of state.

Tony Hancock is going straight to heaven! What a thoughtful, kind, intuitive person he is. He is very professional and helped me and my parents with the rental of two climate-controlled units. Thank you so much!

A lady named Lauren took care of me and made the experience outstanding. While I was there a couple people was cutting a lock. She then asked me to wait a minute has she had to make sure they was not doing anything that they was not suppose to. I appreciated that because I know she would do the same for me and keep my valuables under a close watch. Clean environment and good location.

My wife and I have never rented a storage unit so we did not know what to expect when we unexpectedly had to acquire one over the Christmas holidays. We picked this facility because of the excellent reviews, location and having climate controlled units. Lauren greeted us and showed us the available units that we might need. We had to check one more thing so she set up the rental with Brandi, her assistant, and we came back later and signed the paperwork. I went off without a hitch thanks to Lauren and Brandi. Looking forward to a continued good experience.

iStorage is a clean, secure facility for your storage needs. We used for a year in the climate controlled section. No bugs discovered, clean cool hallways and friendly staff. We would use again in a heartbeat!!

Lauren was wonderful when booking the storage unit. Every time we've had to go into the office she has been helpful. The unit is clean and the property is well lit, overall the location is great. My review is 4 stars instead of 5 only because the rent continues to go up. I wish the company policy would reward loyalty. We now have 2 storage units, and I know the rent will continue to increase.

While moving is a long drawn out process, it was SUCH a pleasure to find this location where I received not only everything I needed, but incredible service at the same time! Lauren (front office) was exceptional in understanding my needs and bending over backwards to make sure I got what I needed WHEN I needed it at the price I could afford. She was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but professional and with a great attitude at the same time. The units are very clean, well-lit and the security is great here. After searching and visiting multiple storage companies, it was a breath of fresh air to find iStorage on Maddox-Simpson Parkway! We will definitely be renting with them again in the future- we've not only found a great storage site, but have made a friend in the process!

Simply Storage is a great place 2 leave your stuff but it is quite expensive.

I needed a unit on short notice and was accommodated. Bethany was very friendly and helpful, and followed up several times to ensure my unit was ready when I needed it. The unit was clean and my code worked properly upon entering and exiting. I like that the location is close to I-840 and was easy to find.

I rented 2 units here. They were clean and easy to access. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. I had to purchase a few boxes and they had just what I needed. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a safe, friendly, economic facility.

Bethany was very polite and communicated all terms and options clearly. I asked to visually inspect the unit before I rented it and she promptly escorted me via a golf cart and answered all of my questions. Because she was so thorough, I actually had no reservations about using their service and the printed contract papers were consistent with what I was told. The only confusion came after I left, when I recalled seeing their ad for first month free, but I didn't receive that for some reason, although I didn't have time to go back and ask about it that day. I had rented at this facility a few years ago when it was under different ownership, and I was pleased to find that both experiences were positive. On this occasion I will just be storing empty boxes and packing materials for a future project, so the cost is a bit high for that purpose, but it seemed to be a competitive rate when I briefly looked at a few other places. Only negative is that most of the units do not have electricity or even a single interior light bulb, so if you come after dark prepare to bring your own lighting.

I first want to thank Bethany at the front desk!!! My husband and I arrived in Lebanon early and had to find a storage place for my inlaws who were arriving shortly with Uhaul filled with a full load. Bethany went above and beyond to help us find a unit that was appropriate in size and price for them! She was super kind, welcoming, and accommodating! Being from out of town and not knowing the area, Bethany gave us some tips and recommendations! She then personally cleaned a unit for us! I would highly recommend this facility!

Just wanted to tell you how much we have enjoyed renting a unit out at your Lebanon site. Hartman and Maddox-Simpson. We have been renting there for about 6 months and Bethany has been taking very good care of us. She is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that everything is as it is supposed to be. When our door was hard to open, she was right there to help us get it open. Always friendly and courteous, a great manager!! Would definitely rent there again should the need arise.
