Storage Units at 1120 Highway 76 in White House, TN 37188

I had to go into the office to rent a smaller unit. Mr. Stevenson was very helpful and friendly. I even got 50% off. I've been renting a unit since last summer. I've not had any issues since my initial move in. All is well at iStorage, Whitehouse, TN. Thanks Mr. Stevenson

Was greeted by Jody the manager. Helped me with unit rental and was very organized. He explained the gate procedure and the hours of access. Was very professional and knowledgeable. He even gave me a deal for long term storage.

I have one unit and two parking spaces at this facility. It is clean and secure most times, the gate or doors frequently are messed up allowing anyone to enter. The three stars is due to they constantly raise rates on you. I get a notification almost every month that the rate is increasing.

Had a little trouble figuring out how to lock our unit, but Jody was super helpful in explaining the type of lock needed and benefits of it vs a standard pad lock. Great customer service!

I enjoyed working with Jody the guy at the front desk! Very personable and kind, professional and down to earth. Prices are a bit higher than other storage companies, but the experience with Jody definitely made it worth continuing to use them. It seems like a very clean and safe facility, I'd recommend them to others. Ultimately I feel safe using them! The price is the only reason I'm leaving 4 stars. It's probably an average price honestly. Maybe I just want it super cheap.

Everything is great now except could not move on 6/18…….Code given didn’t work, had to get new one. Therefore, move in date was 6/19.

I rented a unit at this location. Josh, the manager, was extremely helpful helping me decide on the proper size I needed. He was very knowledgeable with every question I asked. Also friendly and very courteous. Unlike the other storage places I visited. I also like that the roads throughout the buildings are paved and not gravel. All surrounding's were clean and well kept. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a storage unit. This is an update to correct a mistake I made... The manager that was so helpful was named Jody. Not Josh as I stated in my review. My mistake.

I’m nothing but satisfied. This is the first unit I’ve rented so didn’t know what to expect. The online process was easy, I showed up on the move in day and stored what needed to be stored. Don’t expect much more than what you see, it’s clean and functional, but it isn’t anything outside of the normal. Every review that says they had trouble getting in contact with someone can speak for themselves, why would you need to speak to someone when everything is online.

They were extremely helpful and very nice.

Recommend!!! The storage garage has a lot of space and is really clean! The front desk lady (Christie is her name I think) was really helpful and nice. Prices aren’t too expensive for what you get! The process of getting one is easy and beneficial, especially since we were in a rush to get our stuff moved out of the house and into the garage. Thank you guys!

We love this storage facility. The staff, including the property manager, Christy, is very responsive any time we reach out to them. They run a first rate storage facility and we feel secure knowing our RV is there. If you are looking for a storage facility, look no further.

Great experience. It only took the Manager 5 or 10 minutes to call me once I reserved it on line. When we went to the facility she was very friendly & helpful & made sure we were happy with what we were getting. I like how she took us back to the unit instead of leaving us to find it on our own. This is the facility located on Hwy 76 in White House, TN.

We were in a pinch and we had to rush to rent a climate controlled unit and a drive up unit close enough together I wouldn't be charged a large fee by the movers if the units were not within 75 feet of each other. The manager of IStorage, White House, TN was wonderful in working to make it happen and in a very quick time frame. The units are very clean and the climate controlled unit is held at a good temperature. Thank you IStorage.

I am pleased with the treatment I received. the prices are fair and the grounds are kept well with sufficient security. The unit I am using was in good shape and showed no signs of water or wear. I am pleased
