Service with a smile

I have 2 units at this site. Sometimes I get lock out or there are times I forget to make a payment. All I have to do is talk to Ms Bee she will do all she can to get to the bottom of it. Not like the previous managers who promise yo call back but would never call. She has elevated this facility and treat the tenants with respect.

Hard worker

The Uhaul website keep sending me to the wrong place for a trailer. Now I find myself in this store the lady said she did not have any. Once I told her how bad I need it she called Uhaul and tracked down the trailer. She said call her Bee. She was a godsend for me.

I came in looking for a Uhaul. None of the stores had any but Mrs Bernetta got on the phone and help me track one down. If it was not for her hard work I dont know what I would have done.

Great just what I needed

The lady who work the I think her name was Mrs B. She took me around the property and help me get the right unit and a price I could afford. She took her time and made sure I understood everything. Thnk you Mrs. B
