We have been with I Storage for about 12 years now, with as many as 4 units at one time. I have always found I Storage to be clean, gates working, and someone on hand during business hours. Prices I think are also reasonable for the size of the unit. We have never had issues with theft or any other negative issues. We have used the trucks available on occasion, and they are always neat and clean. Our experience over the past 12 years, has been positive and we will use I storage for any additional storage needs. Thank you I storage for a positive 12 year experience.

Great costumer service

Raymond provided excellent customer service and helped resolve my concerns patiently and professionally. The only complain I have is the company increased rent twice within the time it took over from North Fry Storage (I believe it has been within a year’s time.)

I have multiple units in this facility. It's safe, it's clean, and the staff is amazing Cody and Mason are the Best !

There was a change of management of which I and most likely all the other customers were not made aware of, which caused some complications with billing, which the new management handled well. There could be better lighting and better deals. There are lots of competitors with better facilities for better prices. Edit: I added a star because the manager of this location is amazing! Great customer service and he’s very understanding and courteous.
