I just want to personally thank Kristy for all of her continuous hard word. Not only did she go above and beyond to make sure I had help emptying my storage unit (She actually helped me herself when she saw it was only me doing it) But she gave me the true southern meaning of hospitality. She was definitely the sunlight I needed for my rainy day. Thank you so much Kristy and iStorage staff for always being so patient and so understanding Definitely keep up the great work

I’ve had the best experience here! Walked in and the two ladies were very professional and super helpful. They engaged conversations and really made Me feel like they cared to know me and not just another customer on the books. They definitely got my business. I hope the ladies there see this. Lady at the front desk was amazing. I went in to buy some boxes for my house, and I noticed she had a display of snacks for reviews! That caught my eye, so I took a snack or TWO. She was great and personally that was a creative idea! I will be recommending this facility. Not to mention she offered me a nice cold bottle of water.

The elevator being available to us was what made my decision to stay with this storage facility. I’m sure other facilities have one but Kirsty was personable and very accommodating. She was very patient answering all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision to rent from them.

I was there helping a friend move last week, and those girls in the office were kind enough to give us some bottles of water from their office. That meant a lot. We were so miserably hot out there. Also climate control buildings are nice and cool. Good job istorage. Update my friend has been there a couple of weeks, and he has had great service from them, we needed a longer rope on our unit and the girls came out with a ladder and did it themselves. Highly impressed with this place, Nice and cold.

My I Storage experience with Brittani and Kirsty in Livingston TX is always a JOY!!!! They are always so helpful and kind. Hands down, your staff is highly commendable. They were very honest and accommodating during my visit that made me decide that I was in the best place for storage.

Love the environment here! Kirsty and Brittani are both very helpful and very friendly. Engaging in conversation is definitely a sign of great customer service. Also, prices are great and I feel like I don’t have to worry about a single thing coming up missing. . I’ve gone to several self storage places but this one has to be the best!

I've had a unit here almost 2 years and it's very well kept and decently priced as well.. also has coded entry to it which makes the whole keeping your belongings there feel a little safer. The ladies there are very pleasant. They helped me get my unit rented quickly and explained how everything would work. Location is easy to find and the unit was very clean.

Just left the place and had a good experience. Went in there just to get a uhaul, but ended up getting a unit and a lock 😂 those girls in that office sure can sell ya. 10/10 recommend.

Had to get use to putting in * before my number, but that's me.. Easy to get to building, Elevator is great and carts readily available. The AC definitely works or maybe coming in from 100 deg just makes it feel super cold. Lady in office was great with information and helping get supplies. I just wish the trash ben could be used by storage people. But I understand.

Christy was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed our mini, great customer service skills as well as a very pleasant person.

The staff is super friendly and willing to help all they can! I was treated well and my concerns were listened to. PS, go online for the best rates! I have a leak in my unit and will be reporting it. We will see how this gets handled.

Went into the office and spoke with Brittani and Kirsty those two were extremely helpful and gave me a tour of a couple units available for rent, answered all my questions and were incredibly patient and professional with me. For me personally I like how clean the facility is and that there are gates and cameras I will be renting from them in the near future. I really can’t thank them enough.

I called the storage unit and Kirsty picked up. I explained what I was looking for and she kindly told me I could come and see what size would best fit my storage needs. When I arrived she showed me the units and explained the pricing and was extremely thorough. She helped me with the best option and price! It’s a clean facility and the staff is excellent! I highly recommend coming in and Kirsty will get you what you need and more!

Kirsty was so nice!

Went in to get some information on a unit and the girls Kirsty and Brittani were so helpful! They took the time to walk me around, they even suggested I rent a Uhaul from them for all of my moving needs. These girls are so nice and willing to help. They even opened the back of the uhaul to show me the sizes to give me a better idea of what can fit. This place goes above and beyond. I came about six months ago and no one was ever in office, could never contact anyone for help…. I’m glad there is good staff. Glad I came back.

Wish you guys had an option to speak to someone directly instead of automated voice and music. Also have more people work

This is a really nice place, the climate control building is super clean, cameras everywhere so it seems very secure. I selected a unit, signed the lease and paid online, I was even able to sign up for automatic payments at the same time -- so easy. Reasonably priced and first month free, can't beat it.

The lady in the office was very helpful and was happy to answer any of my questions. And the storage units were clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this storage company to many of my friends and family. The new owner/workers are great.

Very clean climate control is very cool... Prices are fair

The climate controlled units are very clean. It’s well lit and the elevator is really helpful. Every person I have encountered, or spoken to, on the phone or in person has been so nice and helpful (Amanda and Jennifer especially). Security seems well thought out too. We were pleasantly surprised!

The facility has been super clean inside and out, lighted, gated and pretty secure, a little pricey but still “do”able. Nice, friendly staff. Convenient truck rentals. Sometimes it’s hard to get through on the phone. Only “issue” I’ve had was when I rented the truck, UHAUL overcharged me and it was a pain to get the refund, but it was handled after a week. I would definitely recommend this place!

My home in Westlake, Louisiana was greatly damaged from Hurricane Laura and I was in need of a storage facility that would be out of the path for possibly another hurricane to store my salvageable personal items. Shalisa Hockney saw to my needs in a very personable and professional manner that was quick and thorough. You have a very important team member in Shalisa and I think she deserves to have a day off now and again to refuel her vibrant personality.

Wow...where do I start? Shalisa was very energetic. Her personality is perfect for this job...a people person. She was very helpful with our transition. It was a pleasure meeting and working with her.

We purchased a unit for a couple of months and it was very clean and well lite. On moving day Shalisa stopped by to check on us, she has such a sweet spirit.
