This storage facility is alright but the service goes a long way. Linda, the assistant manager, is such a helpful and kind person! I came in recently to manage a unit, and she truly made me feel comforted by being genuinely caring. Linda really helped my family and I during a tough time. Other than her, I would give the actual facility a 2.5 because the storage units themselves are not temperature controlled, PRICEY, are all outside, and get really dusty! Reliable location, that’s all! :)

I really appreciate the help that I was given at I storage. This is a really caring and supportive storage company. They take there jobs very serious and they put the customer first. The two wonderful ladies that work in I storage are very compassionate and caring and understanding. I would recommend this storage company to anyone needing to storage there stuff temporarily.

Awesome service. I was able to secure a storage unit online and it even had pictures of what the unit looked liked. No surprise fees and even took advantage of the promo they had going. Had a terrible experience trying to get a storage room at U-Haul so after an hour we left and drove across the street. Rita was awesome. She was fast, friendly, and thorough. She had us a unit and our paperwork done in less than twenty minutes. The aisles are very wide and it was easy to maneuver a 16' truck throughout the lot. The units were much cooler than I had expected especially to be summertime. Great price especially being how hassle free they are to access.

I love this storage the two women that helped me were so kind. It is well kept up and very customer friendly. The prices are fair as well, all around my experience has been very good.

Inconvenient height of bins.. some are a foot up and the aisles are so narrow together that a typical one way truck(26ft) barely fits to unload, with smaller vehicles I think it would work well.. EDIT 8/7/19: The owner Heidi had reached out to me on a billing issue which caused me to change my rating to 4 stars.. I appreciate the personal touch..

Rita and Courtney was very professional and courteous always welcoming with a smile and storage unit was just the space I needed and very secure all in all because of these 2 women I’ll keep recommending everyone I know that needs a storage unit to come Iron Guard!!!

Good place would recommend people to come over there if they need storage. I like it because you can go in your storage from 7-9 even after they close some places don't.

I am a repeat customer with Iron Guatd Storage. I keep coming back because the customer service is always top notch. They treat you as if they've known you forever and are very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking to for extra storage space.

This is my second time being with iron gurad storage they are awsome . the women that manage the facility are really nice and everything is always so clean and neat.

In between moving out and moving in, we had to store everything we own, which is a nightmare in and of itself. Iron Guard Storage in Danville made a stressful situation much less stressful by being efficient, friendly, accommodating and reasonably priced. Johnny and Rhonda both helped us with logistics - getting us appropriately sized units when we needed them. We ended up with three, wanting to segregate garage from motorcycles from furniture and clothes. Each unit was clean and ready when we needed it.

This facility has a central location which adds much needed convenience value. I was impressed with the customer service and specials offered. The customer service representative recommended additional ways to save money such as the referral program and this survey. To me, a dollar saved is a dollar earned. Thanks

Being new to town I had a very wonderful experience with Iron Guard Storage . From the 1st phone call we made they were very helpful letting us know what sizes were there to directions there. Then going to the location we meet the manger who was very nice and told us everything we needed to know its great knowing our belongs are behind a locked gate where we dont have to worry so much about it . I was shocked when we came by the other afternoon and she was out there walking the grounds making sure everything was okay. THANK YOU IRON GUARD!! THE HICKS FAMILY
