Very friendly & helpful ladies (Cathy & Megan) at the Gainsville location. I had trouble with contract signing over the internet but Megan was very patient with my lack of internet experience and it all worked out very well. Also my daughter had a great experience with both ladies there and they were very helpful to her too.

IStorage is very well managed. Chris and Megan handle all office and management of this location. They do a top notch job of excellent customer service and go out of their way to ensure the customers are satisfied and taken care of. Clean units. Clean parking lot. Clean restrooms. We paid for a double storage unit for years. The storage unit was spacious and clean. (NO problem with bugs or rodents!) The entire storage facility is well maintained. Chris, the Property Manager, is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. His Assistant, Megan, is friendly and diligent. They are expeditious in handling any issues or problems. Solid place for storing a vehicle. Lots of space in the garages and the area is kept very clean. The man working at the front desk was helpful, friendly, and answered all the questions we had.

I really enjoyed the customer service here at I-Storage. I rented the same day as moving in and Chris called me within 30 min of making the reservation to welcome me and to confirm the reservation. Once I arrived Megan and Chris showed were awesome at the check in process. Thank you!!!!

Excellent facility - very clean and it’s very easy to access your unit . I was concerned when the new owners took over from Presidential storage but they have maintained the quality service . In addition it’s very convenient to be able to pay online.
