It is a great storage area. Conveniently located to me but very time i go there the person is not in the office. I do go at about 6:15 but the hours are later than that. Is there a problem with the guy working? Also i had an issue with my lock that i couldn't open. I didn't see in the lease where a sticker would be put on my personal lock but i did get in and that was my fault. I did however ask him to put a piece of line on the door so I could reach it to pull it down that didn't happen. Other than that i am very happy with the storage area.

They made it easy to relocate from NC to Lynchburg, Va. When the app didn’t cooperate, the woman on the phone apologized and completed the transaction. I arrived late and still had access to my unit. The size was perfect. Stress-free experience!

I was researching storage facilities online from California because I was relocating to the Lynchburg area but I knew nothing about the area. I based my decision on the various reviews then on the proximity to the Penske Rental Truck location for the convenience of being able to unload my items then the ease of turning in the vehicle. I received reminder emails and a call a very kind staff member. Upon arriving, the process went smoothly and everything was clearly explained. Time was taken to answer my questions and cover guidelines of the facility. The units are easily accessible and the hours are very convenient. Monthly rates are reasonable and the availability of a unit met my immediate needs until I find and obtain housing. The facility is located on Hwy 460 with various establishments close by. I am appreciative to the young woman that assisted me and to the manager. Great customer services and grateful for the the light conversation that eased my stress.

The pricing is fair and cancellation policies are reasonable. The facility is clean, safe and convenient. 5 stars!

They are very good about being proactive with your needs as a customer. I received a call the morning after I made my reservations online to check in with me, confirm my unit details, and answer any questions I had. I was even made aware that they were checking up on my unit and making sure everything was locked up safely after my move in date. Their gate hours are convenient as well for those who have to push their trips into the late evening/night.

I appreciate the service I've received thus far. Patricia is wonderful. She is professional, thorough, and has provided excellent customer service. I've rented 2 units from her and each time I received great service. The pricing seems fair and comparable for what I've gotten. The units themselves were clean and in order. I purchased both locks from iStorage and felt the price and convenience were a plus. I haven't used other storage facilities in years, but with the great service I have received, I doubt I'll need to for a long while.

My husband and I needed a storage unit while we transitioned from one apartment to the next. We found this location online, reserved the size unit we needed on their website, and received a call from them in less than 30 min to confirm our reservation! I stupidly selected a parking spot instead of a unit, but the woman who called us fixed it in just minutes. She made a reservation for us to check in the following morning first thing to move into our new unit. The process was super smooth. She made sure we knew absolutely everything about the cost, payment process, check out process, etc. It really helps to work with someone willing to answer every one of your questions before signing any paperwork. Absolute A++ for this location! I'm sure we'll be using them for a while :)

I was in need of storage during a move from Spout Spring to Bedford and having a difficult time finding reasonable storage space. I happened to be driving on Timberlake Road and saw the Simply Self Storage sign with buy a month get a month free. I stopped in and spoke with Patricia. She explained that if I rented a certain size that I would pay a prorated rate for the remainder of the month and the next month would be free. I looked at this as a "God send" and rented a unit. Patricia was gracious enough to allow me to rent a unit so I could use a lock I already had and not have to purchase one from her. Even though my home owners insurance would cover my possessions I did sign up for the the insurance through Self Storage as a way of expressing my appreciation for her kindness. I returned later to rent another unit and dealt with a young lady named Kim who was just a gracious and accommodating. My time of rental with Simply Self Storage was a dream come true and went smoothly from the start to the end. I would highly recommend both Patricia and Kim for their kind service and cooperative attitude! If I ever need storage space in the future, the first place I am going will be to talk with Patricia and Kim at Simply Self Storage on Timberlake Road.

We are repeat customers. We will definitely use this facility again when the need arises.

We rented a unit to store some household items while we are preparing for a move. The lady (I think her name was Patricia) was very helpful, friendly and efficient. She explained everything thoroughly and showed us to our unit. So far it's been a great experience.

We previously had a storage unit but sought to obtain a smaller unit and one closer to our current location. We called and met with Kim at Simply Self Storage, 22195 Timberlake Road. Kim agreed to hold a unit until Saturday. On Friday I had a busy day but realized I would need a copy of my renters insurance in just a few hours on Saturday. I called Kim to get the fax number etc. I told Kim I would try to make the call and get the info faxed over in preparation for Saturday check in. Kim took it upon herself to contact the storage unit office who currently had my insurance information and had them send it on over to her. She then sent my an email saying it was all take care of. Now that is customer service. Kim went our of her way to take care of my needs and I appreciate it. Thank you Kim!
