Absolutely love this storage facility! Climate controlled units available, easy access, friendly staff. My favorite part? It's clean. I've certainly had some storage units that weren't! Absolutely recommend.

I have been renting climate controlled units with IStorage on Lakeside Drive for almost 10 months now, and I am extremely satisfied with the facility, and even more so with the customer service. From the start, the on site manager, Mike, has gone out of his way to be helpful and flexible, notifying us of openings when units were all booked, responding to texts, fixing problems, and even coming in on a day off once to reset the elevator lift. I would highly recommend this IStorage facility. P.S. IStorage, by the way, seemed to have the only truly climate controlled units in the area, at least that I could find.

FABULOUS customer service! I have never used a unit where every question I have is answered in the initial purchase of the unit! VERY IMPRESSED! Brittany was extremely kind and made sure every question or concern I had about renting was answered.

Being that I'm a first-time storage unit renter, Lauren was super helpful and informative on unit sizing and helping me figure out if my belongings would fit. She also made me aware of the procedure we could go through should not everything fit. That helped eliminate some worry, which put me at ease about the whole process. I thought it would take awhile, but fortunately Brittany quickly took me through everything. She was also willing and able to answer any and all questions I had about the actual leasing process. The two of them together make a great team and are super personable and knowledgeable. I'm glad I took my business here. 🍍

Great storage facility. Management is friendly and easy to talk to. However, first time going had to wait 30 minutes when we had an appointment to see the unit since nobody was in the office. Was disappointed in the waiting when an appointment was scheduled. Other than that they were friendly and prices are good.

The office staff was great, very helpful. The units are ok, certainly could use upating/cleaning. The only negative l have is the insurance you have to purchase. That should be stated on the website or include it in your published monthly price. It would be nice if the gate code was shorter.
