Coral Lakes Neighborhood in Cape Coral

Located in northeast Cape Coral, Coral Lakes has just over 400 single-family homes and 308 townhomes. It’s a master-planned community that’s more like a resort, with amenities that include volleyball courts, a soccer field, and more. Like many of the communities here, Coral Lakes is gated for utmost security. It’s also popular due to the many 4 and 5 bedroom homes it offers. (Bring on the grandkids!) One caveat; while most of the homes are on the water, boating is limited.

West Cape Estates Neighborhood in Cape Coral

West Cape Estates is one of the newest communities in Cape Coral, Florida, and one of the most luxurious. The landscaping here is positively beautiful, as well as the quaint cobblestone roads. Also, most of the lots are a half-acre in size, quite a bit of land in this part of the state. With plenty of excellent amenities, it’s one of the top communities in Coral Lakes. Several homes are situated on the community’s 2-acre freshwater lake, which is gorgeous. Plus, a handful of them offer access to the Gulf of Mexico by boat.

Trafalgar Woods Neighborhood in Cape Coral

Trafalgar Woods is one of the more exclusive communities in Cape Coral, with oversized lots and custom-built homes. If you have grandkids, you’ll be glad to know there’s an excellent playground here. There’s also a fishing pier and two lakes, making this neighborhood practically perfect for southern Florida living at its best. (We must remark that Trafalgar Woods is also one of the more expensive neighborhoods in the area.)

Emerald Cove Neighborhood in Cape Coral

Boasting stunning homes on freshwater Weatherly Lake, Emerald Cove is one of Cape Coral’s fully established neighborhoods. It’s also one of the few that boasts a beach, which is phenomenal in this part of Florida. One of the more affordable gated communities here, Emerald Cove is a winning combination in anyone’s book. About 30% of the homes are on the lake, by the way, and thus offer striking water views.

Cape Royal Neighborhood in Cape Coral

What do you get when you combine 22 lakes and a 27-hole championship golf course? The lovely neighborhood of Cape Royal, one of the best in the area. Residents here love the fact that there’s no fee to play golf, which is unusual in Cape Coral. (Unusual in an excellent way if you’re an avid golfer!) That being said, many of the homes are in the upper-echelon of prices and valued at over $1 million.

Bella Vida Neighborhood in Cape Coral

Featuring an abundance of lakes and outdoor spaces, Bella Vida is one of the newest neighborhoods in Cape Coral, Florida. Most of the homes here are single-family homes, although there are townhomes also. Like many communities in Cape Coral, Bella Vida offers excellent amenities. They include the standard tennis courts, of course, but also a fabulous swimming pool. For those folks with grandkids, the community also provides a top-notch, partially-shaded playground.

Sandoval Neighborhood in Cape Coral

If you’re a fan of Caribbean architecture, Sandoval is a great choice. It features lush landscaping as well as a 2-mile long park that runs directly through the community. The infrastructure is also underground, an added feature that many folks find appealing. Plus, you can’t miss the spectacular, 100-foot water slide into the community’s pool. It’s fantastic if you’ve got kids or grandkids! (Or if you’re a kid at heart.) A fishing pier and dog park make this one of the more desirable neighborhoods in Cape Coral, Florida.

Celebration Cape Neighborhood in Cape Coral

One of the best features of a Celebration Cape is the unique zoning that allows for oversized garages. (That’s a true rarity in this part of the state.) Most folks have to store their RVs and boats in storage units in Cape Coral. In Celebration Cape, however, the extra garage space makes that (mostly) unnecessary. Residents also love Celebration Cape’s lakeside walking trail, a picturesque and tranquil way to get in some daily exercise.
