Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole rental experience quick and easy.

Good ! Moved most items out of 10 x 20 unit, and finally able to down size remaining items into 5 x 10 unit. It worked great after a 5 x 10 unit became available.

We are new to the area and went to iStorage to get a storage unit and we were not sure what size we were going to need. Ms. Amanda went above and beyond to get us in the perfect size unit. She took us to each size that she had available and even gave us advise on how to place things to maximize our space in the unit. Montgomery I storage . The woman who is managing the place did a great job. She secured me a unit. Helped me with Packing supplies. and I put in a request for a second unit. Very easy to work with.

Alexis was amazing . We sold our house quicker then I expected. She helped me with packing supplies and helped me figure out what size unit I would need. I have another unit here. She has helped me before. But today was a emergency and she really helped me.

Finding and setting up my storage unit was not one of those stresses. However, I am a sales representative, and was surprised to learn that your company will no longer be accepting delivered packages. Your website states that it accepts packages, which is why I chose this facility. The whole experience has been amazing. I truly believe the reason for this 5 STAR experience is due to Michelle. She is an amazing amazing asset to this establishment. She treated us like family as soon as we walked in the door. She made sure we knew everything about iStorage and worked with us on finding the perfect unit for our needs. We had a wonderful experience at the iStorage-Chantilly. We live over and hour away and we had to wait for our son to join us there. While we were waiting for him to arrive, I had the opportunity to see several people as the came in to access their storage units. I enjoy meeting people and took the opportunity to speak to them. After greeting one another, we talked a few minutes and everyone told us how great the manager was to work with. They all had the same accolades for Michele: "She is so wonderful and has been so helpful" or "Mrs. Michele has gone above and beyond to see that I have everything I need." Our son was held up longer than he expected as he was driving into town from another direction; so we talked with Michele to see what was available and the cost of the units. We have never used storage before and I was a little dismayed that the units up front were a little more than the ones in the back. As our son is paying the bill, we chose the one in the back. Michele answered every question and wrote down the prices for us. It took no time at all to see that all we had heard from those we spoke with was true! We came back later in the afternoon with our son and the service we received was great!! I promised a google review. We had looked into other storage options, but because of this most gracious manager, we decided to take a unit with iStorage at this location. As she suggested, we purchased insurance. Locks were available, but my son already had a lock. Because of our experience we will refer others to come here too.

Excellent customer service. The manager Machelle C. was very friendly and kind. She was very busy and gave everyone the attention and service they needed. She was physically running to take care of everyone and everyone was pleased. She is very energetic and efficient and did not leave a stone unturned. Everyone was sticking their head in speaking or waving through the window to her. It is a very family friendly atmosphere! She made my son smile by making him her special assistant and let him hold her clip board. We found a friend.

I rented from this facility last year and had a great experience. I called to inquire about renting a unit again this year and spoke to Michelle the facility manager.
