This is a very clean and well maintained storage facility with an excellent manager, Clint Pendley. He is very helpful and friendly. This place cares about providing great customer service. I highly recommend this storage facility.

We love this location! Clint makes anything that needs attention easy and quick. We have had our stuff and vehicles and trailer and camper stored here every now and then for going on 3 Years now. I would Highly recommend

This facility has great units and offers military service members discounts. Clint, the manager, goes above and beyond with customer service and manages this property with the best security measures. It’s located off 565 and 65 so it’s extremely convenient.

Just wanted to say that we just finished working with Clint Pendley at Istorage Mooresville road Huntsville Alabama and we were absolutely blown away by his clean office, the clean property overall and the quality of our service was outstanding!!! He was very knowledgeable about what we needed and explained everything and he took his time listening to us and let us explain everything we needed to him and that’s rare in customer service these days!! He knew we needed to get into the storage asap and although our code was not ready he made sure we were able to get in and put a load of things in the new storage and we were able to take more loads back once we were finished with that one! He was so honest and down to earth and we were very happy to work with him!!! As long as our family needs a storage unit we go nowhere else but this location as long as we can work with an honest kind helping and understanding person like Clint!!!! All the units and property are well maintained coupled with very high level of security (safety). Overall, this storage facility qualifies as 5 stars compared to other storage facilities I’ve dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing a unit.

We have been using Istorage for a few months now and it has been great. Leslie has been so helpful since the very beginning. She is always there when you have questions or concerns. We recently decided to switch to climate controlled units and Leslie was there to help and got us switched over with no problems. It was an easy process and did not take long at all. She’s always so sweet and loves what she does. Leslie takes care of her customers and treats you like family. We will definitely continue to keep using Istorage for all of our needs in the future.

I feel that my stuff is very secure here. They have all kinds of cameras. I just came and asked about a piece of tape on my lock. I was told they put it there rt after I put it on. If they notice a lock without it they'd call. To check if I changed my lock.

Heard about this location from a friend. What impressed me is how new the iStorage place is and it’s just right outside the craziness of being in Madison. East to find right off I-565 and it will remind you of South Fork from Dallas. Many different sizes available and the size of the large ones with garage door openers is what I’ll need for when I get my RV and can store it inside. Great prices and they even have you get personal property protection to cover your item. Leslie knows her business but it’s like talking to a member of the family. Nice to see customer service like that: so many places lack that. I’ll be back and look forward to dealing with Leslie and iStorage.

I needed to rent a space to store my RV. While this location is not necessarily set up to store RVs outside, Patrick let me rent several parking spaces at a very good price as opposed to charging full price for each space. Patrick was very accommodating and worked with me to find suitable space for my 40' RV. Highly recommend this location for your storage needs.
