New manager takes great pride in providing a clean, safe, and friendly place. I'm storing my car and stuff here while I'm out of the country. I know my valuables will be safe.

We have rented here for 1 1/2 years and this place has been turned around by Elayne. She has made some great changes. We were actually going to move and now we will be staying- SO CLEAN AND NO RIFF RAFF any longer!!!!

I have been a tenant at istorage for over 10 years, originally was Storage Solutions. One year ago the corporate office raised my monthly rent as any other storage facility would, but I had issues with the fact that I went online at the same time and they were offering new customers a 20 to 40% discount on the same size unit. The place has been going downhill in tenants and the property itself. recently, management has been replaced and is working hard to bring the place back to what it used to be. There have always been friendly people there willing to help and listen to the customer. After recently meeting the new manager, I have a positive outlook on how this place will improve back to its original condition as time goes by. I'm sure I will upgrade my ⭐️⭐️⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They surely have the best rates in the area 👐⬇️

My recent experience with this location was trying to contact someone in the office to give notice of vacating storage unit. I could not get anyone to answer the phone and voice mail was not set up. After two days of calling numerous times, I went in person. I arrived and found three others waiting for someone to open office to no avail. I eventually got someone to answer the phone by selecting the wrong option button. She was able to submit my notice to vacate. The following week I received two invoices for payment of vacated unit. Once again I called and got someone by selecting wrong option button. This person eventually connected me with Elaine, the new manager. She was excellent at customer service and promised to call me back once she had access to void the invoices I received after vacating unit. She called as promised and invoices were canceled. I would give Elaine 5 stars and believe she will do a great job managing this location.

Came to help a friend but unfortantley her unit was broken into. Krisiti walked us through the steps of filing a claim since the unit was insured. Kristi has amazing customer service, anwsered all of our questions, and had empathy for us. She really made a bad situation better.

Amazing customer service. Both ladies showed compassion and proved they truly care about their tenants and about the cleanliness of the place. They were very helpful and treated my mother and I with respect. I truly appreciate being able to rent on short notice same day. They made us feel welcomed and unashamed of our situation. 10/10 would recommend!!

Clean facilities

So far its been a good experience with doing the application all on line and my monthly rental rate is lower than the others i checked ( just hope it doesnt go up after first couple months like others i've had ) cause thats the main reason i choose istorage cause moneys tight as everyone knows. The lady in front office is very nice and reasonably caring about your needs as far as storing you belongings. So far im very happy with istorage and my reason for giving 4 stars is that i havent moved anything in my unit yet so dont know whats going to happen. Thank you.

I was greeted very nicely by Frances, who was in training as a new employee. She took some basic informant from me, made me feel comfortable, and did as much as she could until her trainer returned. After that, the ladies helped me find the best “fit” for my needs. They walked me out to a unit to look at it first. The unit and the property were very clean. The pricing and convenience were also excellent for me. Overall, a great experience.

They where so helpful as I rented online but I wanted a unit so I can pull up to and they made it happen

MAN that places could use some hope...

I was moving from my apartment to our new home but, our place wasn't ready yet. I came into the office and Barbara was amazing. She let me view the unit to see if it was big enough to fit our needs. Perfect experience. I really like going off of reviews to see where I like to take my business and thats why I'm leaving one for this storage location.This storage facility is awesome with exceptional customer service. Everytime I went into the office Barbara was nice and made our move less stressful. Highly recommend.

Reasonable rent for their units. 24 hr access available for landscaping companies who park trailers overnight.

I have been renting a storage unit since 2017 at the iSTORAGE PHOENIX location, 17811 North 25th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85023. Barbara, the property manager, has just been wonderful. She has assisted me with so many issues and is always tidying up the storage areas and maintaining the property. Barb was awesome, so sweet and helped out my son and ex-husband as well. She was willing to satisfy my picky ways. I had to switch units a couple of weeks in, she found me the unit I was looking for real close to where my other unit is and made it very easy to move my things into the smaller storage. Barb is an excellent office manager.

Security measures taken by the company and staff to ensure the safekeeping of my belongings are more than adequate. The staff and management are friendly and professional, and the rates for unit rental are reasonable. Liked that I got an instant call after making the reservation through the call center. Was highly disappointed with the call center rep. She falsely promised me unit that I did not request. I was naive to sign the paperwork before seeing the unit. So now I'm paying for a larger unit that I honestly don't want but I already paid so I'm stuck. Customer service on site was immaculate and I thank you for understanding my frustration and giving me another unit, even though I'm paying more for the. unit I already have. I guess I'll make the best of it.

WOW! This place was super amazing. I felt the gentleman that helped us had my families best interest in mind. He helped us find the right storage unit for what we needed. I would refer anyone looking for storage and/or a UHAUL truck see what they have available. You wont regret it.

The staff was amazing and worked with us to fit our needs and getting us the best price possible.
