An outstanding location offered to Coachella Valley residents, but more convenient for locals, and they offer military discount for Active Duty Service Members too. I highly recommend inquiring about their unit availability as their prices are competitive and convinced me to stay closer to home. I hope this helps!

Anthony was very helpful and clear. We were shown the different sizes and informed on the price difference. Before we arrive I called due to road closures since the storm and he was very helpful on providing directions to the storage. We were setup and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Also phenomenal customer service! JP was also very polite, welcoming, and helpful.

The positive is you have amazing staff always on top of things. Amazing positive customer service! But, his place is infested with rats. There’s no lights on night time. After hours people leave trash everywhere.

I rented out a storage unit for a few months and had no issues what so ever Elisa has been a great to me very respectful has great customer service definitely if needed to rent a unit out again it would be istorage

It's a difficult place and management is not entirely at fault. We have high winds that cause a problem. We have alot of thieves in our area that cause major problems. It's a risk...but I need the close proximity. Management, I implore you once again, charge higher rates if need be, 24 hour security. I like the recent results that have disappeared...it works! Lisa is on it! Keep that Girl!

Just wanted to say the ladies here at I storage are very kind lady’s and very helpful. Also I notice there’s no cameras around . Doesn’t seem safe to me .

Love it here. They are the way a storage place should be.

The facility is very clean. Never had any problems with the place only thing was when my storage was broken into. It has nothing to do with the staff, they are always nice. They could provide dumpsters and maybe an outside washroom, so ppl don't leave their trash.I didn't like the fact that I wasn't able to review the video footage. The mgr otherwise was great on submitting paperwork because it was insured. My rent has gone up and it's CrAzY it seems like every 6 months there is a increase.

Someone parked in my RV storage spot when I arrived on a Sunday. Monday morning the staff were very apologetic and quick to help remedy the situation. I was very upset about the situation to begin with, but the staff were calm polite and generous in there handling of the problem and providing the solution. I am quite happy with the resolution and my choice to store my RV at istorage in Desert Hot Springs.

Nice facility with very friendly and helpful staff. We're storing our RV here and the covered spots are a good value, spacious and well protected from the winds known well in the Coachella Valley. On site security is very good and we feel our RV is safe. Highly recommend for your storage needs.

Our van was at this facility for almost 2 years with no issues. It is the desert so I would recommend preparing your vehicle for the hot sun. The staff could be a little friendlier.

This place has great service and the best price in the Coachella Valley for covered storage of RVs and trailers. The location is secure and there are lots of very expensive RVs here so we feel pretty comfortable storing our trailer there! The only downside is that it is often EXTREMELY windy here so there are actually times when we can't return our rig to its' spot!

This storage facility is a great value. We’re storing our fifth wheel there. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The registration was very quick and easy. The staff is very professional and I would highly recommend this storage facility.

First storage ever and it was a great experience. The office staff, Marie and Jennifer have always been pleasant and very helpful. I read the reviews before I rented here and a few concerns were security. I never had any issues and liked the fact that the facility shut down at 10pm. The first month free was amazing, lol. I didn’t plan on renting here as long as I did but when it came time to end this relationship, the ladies made my transition easy. Although there is no dumpster accessible to the tenants, I understand why. Facility was always clean and free of debris, payment options easy and hassle free. Hopefully I will not need another storage unit, but if I do, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you ladies for a very positive experience.

I recently won a storage unit at auction in D.H.S. Ca. I was a little confused about some issues, being one of the first lockers I ever won, that is until I met the Manager Marie, and her coworker Jennifer. They made me feel quite at home, and content to answer all my questions. Even after I bit off more than I could chew, they stepped up and both helped me out. Who would have thought that customer service, would have been so Top-Notch especially at a storage facility. Every time I pulled out of the yard, I felt as though I was leaving a 5 star hotel, as a matter of fact the service was so good I even rented a unit before cleaning out the unit I won. I love the 24 hour access! Prices just increased so I'm taking my RV out. Prices for storing furniture is by far one of thee most expensive in the desert!! 🤑💰💲💸For the increase, at least define the RV spaces and number them. Great customer service though! The ladies are very nice.

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I was given a couple of weeks ago; I was helped in a professional, and timely manner. This place is clean, organized and had everything that I needed for storaging purposes. I was able to buy a few boxes and tape for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this facility, and will definitely be coming here again for any of my storage needs.

I was very pleased with the whole thing! It was easy from start to finish. I t was even easy to change the date when I was unable to check in as planed.

Can’t go 5 stars since we just moved in and we’ll see over the next year how things go, but Marie at the front is incredible in her customer service! (Who remembers anyone at the front’s name, right?) she’s sharp as a tack, honest and funny! Loved working with her and her flexibility!

We stored our RV here. Overall it is a rather pleasant experience. The site is modern and clean. The only concern we had was lacking of 24 hour patrol on site. When we checked in, however, we had a rude experiences- the motion sensor was somehow triggered, and we had to bear the very load alarming sound till we leave. We called the office number and got no answer as it's before the office open, We were in at 7:30 am. Hope it will be fixed by the time we go back there. I wish they have a better support system for customers.

iStorage met all my needs in storing a 23' Sprinter. Initial check in was thorough and efficient. Facility is easy to maneuver in and specific space well located for easy ingress and exiting. I only wish it was located a little closer to our home. Otherwise it's an excellent facility.

I booked a month before I had to drop off my RV for six months storage. When I arrived everything went smoothly at check in and I was able to park my RV and get to the airport. This is a secure facility professionally managed.

I've had a parking space in the yard since 1999. I'm a long haul trucker so I'm in the yard on a bi monthly basis. The two issues I've had most over the years are: A. Access to the yard because of problems with gate access I.E. Power failures or gate issues. B. OTHER TENANTS PARKING THEIR VEHICLES IN MY SPACE WHILE I'M AWAY ON THE ROAD!!!!!!! :{ THE ROWS IN THE OUTDOOR PARKING AREA NEED TO BE REALIGNED, RESTRIPED AND MARKED USING MATERIALS THAT CAN WITH STAND THE ELEMENTS. Another idea that I've suggested over the years is dedicate a row or two for SEMI TRACTOR - TRAILER PARKING ONLY!!!! NO RVS NO SMALL TRAILERS OR TRAVEL TRAILERS OR TOY HAULER PARKING IN THAT SECTION!!!!! LAY A CONCRETE STRIP WITH GROUND SUPPORT FOR WEIGHTS UP TO 80,000 LBS. MAKE THE CONCRETE STRIP 36" - 42" WIDE FOR THE LENGTH OF THE ROWS. THAT WAY DRIVERS CAN DROP TRAILERS WITHOUT HAVING TO LITTER THE YARD WITH PIECES OF WOOD DEBRIS OR WORRY ABOUT THE TRAILER LEGS SINKING INTO THE SAND. I have had no issues with the office staff over the years. They are always friendly and easy to do business with. C.C.

Covered RV storage

Clean and well kept. One of the cheaper options I had found during my search and had the unit for a year. Had I still had a use for the items inside, I would have stayed with them. Various sizes available that are detailed well on their website. Covered parking for RVs and trailers available as well. Due to its location and lighting, it also appeared very safe, even when visited in the early morning or late night hours.

After checking out prices I found iStorage to be one of the better priced in the area and was surprised to find it was also one of the nicer ones I visited.
