Very easy to work with. They weren't 'sharks' and very much understood our situation. They worked well in supplying solutions that best fit our needs and Jan and Zack went above and beyond in helping us with a new lease. We have been with them well beyond a decade and we are very happy with them. If you communicate with them and are clear with your objecuves, they will work with you. Highly recommended. UPDATE: Monica and Andy have continued the stellar service as the newest crew in charge at iStorage. They truly make me feel welcomed and I fully trust this facility. I highly recommend this establishment and Monica and Andy are just phenomin:al!!!! Double update: Monica and Jen are stellar! Istorage has been great to me. Jennifer is the one who really helped me. She went above and beyond! I needed to change units. She made the process incredibly easy for me and went the extra mile, and even showed me how to get money off first months rent by going through the website. She guided me the whole way. Great location, clean and well laid out. Great service online, by phone and especially in person. Found it easy to upgrade to a larger unit when needed.

iStorage Santa Maria has had some problems having enough staff to cover its site, but the office staff is great. That's why I rated 4 stars. The office staff knows me by name, is courteous and professional. I recommend iStorage to anyone needing this service.

They were very helpful and patient with my mother who is older and takes some patience. She felt very at ease.

Most of my experiences have been great never had no major issues besides this one time I had my lock n unit broken into during a bad time due to a storm but over all I can’t complain I love Monica ! She’s great the staff have always been nice and helpful . Thank u guys so much!!! You guys are very much appreciated.

I mean if you need a storage things aren't good but this place is all right 🤔. Except there's always new ownership and the worker/attendant is always complaining about how they're the only one that has to do everything you figure they'd be plenty of profit in storage definitely not a B corp 🤣😂😅

Pretty much your average storage unit area looks like they have pretty good Security in it's really clean I mean it's not dirty or anything kind of flat bedroom 5th grade average

Stored my valuables at istorage for a little over a year. Was a rather decent experience. The staff was very helpful, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. If you need a place to store your stuff, I recommend highly you go to istorage on Preisker & Romer Way first.

Great customer service. 7/10 times their gate by the office wasn't working so we had to go around but other than that storage unit was clean and safe.

The place was close. But we were able to get in. We went with some people that had the code. The shed was very big they were able to store a lot of items. I don't know if the rest of the sheds are the same size

Staff was helpful with all of our needs. They have recommended a thrift store that they work with to help dispose of any items you dont need. Online processing is easy.

Jan and nicole were great during our time of renting the unit great customer service always kept busy and has the best positive vibes no matter what! Oh wait i almost forgot to mention me and my fiancee decided to make a last trip one last trip to just move in to our new place. So we get home and im searching and searching for my phone 100% sure i knew i must of left it in the car so this was after we had told jan we wont be needing the unit thank you so proud we were that my fiancee gets a call from storage saying did we lose a phone so thanks to jans great memory on faces she remembered our faces that were the same onthe phones screen so she held it for us and idk who found it on premises and reported it but thank you and god bless. By the way i believe they deserve a raise jan and nicole.

Excellent office staff.Very friendly and helpful.Walked in and got my unit very fast and moved in that day. Only concern i have is the lack of cameras in the main office complex but was told the property is patrolled multiple times during the day and night and is being recorded.

I haven’t rented a unit from them but I’ve gone there twice now for packing supplies when I’ve moved. They have everything--even hard-to-find items like moisture absorbers, furniture slides, and book boxes. I occasionally buy wine boxes there too when I travel with wine.
