I received excellent friendly customer service during my new storage service call. Everything about the process was explained in a super helpful manner which made me feel welcomed. The space was perfect for the amount of items I needed to store. I would definitely recommend iStorage to friends and family.

I needed to empty my work van immediately because I found a buyer and drove to the nearest storage facility to rent a unit, only to find a sign saying it was closed. I was so disappointed. I took another look at the sign and it gave a phone number to call for assistance. Reluctantly, I called the number and was able to talk to someone right away. What a pleasant experience on the phone. I talked to a woman by the name of Sandy (I think), and was able to rent a unit right away. I had access to the unit immediately without the big hassle I anticipated. The agent was efficient, personable and professional. I must say, she is an asset to this company. It is very rare to get someone on the phone who has all of those great qualities. Calling the number and reaching the person I did to take care of business made my whole week. Couldn't have been any better!

it's very easy to make your reservation online and if you have an issue, call the telephone number to speak with someone directly. I had this experience and was able to speak to a representative to clarify my reservation of a second storage unit. This is unit storage facility on Ridge Road in Claymont Delaware is very nice, easy access and safe and secure

This is my first time using a storage facility and the process wasn’t difficult. I was able to get all my large items in storage along with some boxes. Getting in and out is very secure.

I absolutely continue to love this place and how easy they make doing business here for me. Im a busy person, always on the go, and forget many things because of it. They more than accommodate for me and my difficulties that i constantly have. Ill recommend them to anyone!!!

Julie was wonderful in helping us set up our accommodations. She walked me through all of the forms online and processed our reservation over the phone so that our unit was waiting for us when we arrived 🙂 The unit is clean and secure and we moved in with no problem. The whole transaction was great and Julie was super helpful.

My family and I have had to relocate our mother to a assisted living facility. With not alot of time to prepare and not wanting to dispose of anything right away. After reviewing quite a few storage facilities that did nothing but scare me. I found iStorage, everything was so easy. When I went to sign the Property Manager Tinii was so pleasant and helpful. Jane is such a lovely person. She guides you through all possible options available and she was really friendly. Yes the place is on the perfect spot and the best option to choose is a climate controlled storage which is maintained very neat. Only suggestion is that the lighting inside could be improved so that it is easier for people not to carry their own lights. The options for beginning and ending the lease is much simpler as well. Thanks again for a great experience.
