We have had climate-controlled storage units at this location for over a year now. The facility is always clean, air conditioned at a good temperature and doors in good operating condition. The people who work here are extremely helpful. While pricey (and most places are), this one is worth the money.

Too easy! No unnecessary administrative process and delays. I haven't yet met a single employee. I loved that. My space was a little dirty and could have used some cleaning prior to me moving in but it didn't affect the move. This is how it should be done!

The staff is helpful and the facility is very clean. I rented two units for the past year and unfortunately since they were rented at different times, they couldn't figure out how to put the billings together. So, as a result, I paid one unit on the 22nd of the month and the other on the 5th of the month. It was aggravating and seemed like I was always paying them.

Just recently closed my account with iStorage. Other's experience may vary, but I simply used their services as intended- to store my household goods. I was a member for nearly 2 years and never encountered any issues and/or need to contact the managers. Never any hassle, no interruptions and no issues with neighborly tenants. The only issues to keep in mind is that it is not 24hrs, therefore you need to be in the secured area before 10pm. Other than that, I highly recommend and would use again.

We moved to the area for the military. As most military families know a PCS can be incredibly stressful. This move in particular has been very difficult with the timing of our closing and our household goods arriving. We had to get storage for our entire house while the closing on our home was delayed twice. We shopped storage all over and finally found iStorage. Debbie and Angie have been phenomenal. They found us the perfect size storage for a reasonable price. The place is clean and Debbie was great with my kids while I was filing out all the paperwork.

The Apollo Beach iStorage facility was excellent. The buildings were always clean and dry. The office staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. And there was unusually good communication between corporate (the "800 number" folks) and the local folks. My only complaint is the very poor lighting inside the storage spaces. Bring a big flashlight!

Have been in few storage facilities over the years but I must say this location is run link a Swiss time piece. The two women in charge are more then hospitable towards us the renters My stay was not long but was very pleasant due to them both and how clean they keep the facility.

I needed a small temporary storage area while cleaning out a home that we are putting on the market. IStorage has just what I needed at a reasonable price. I stopped in and met the manager who was very helpful. She showed me what was available and answered all my questions. That evening I went online and reserved my room. We went into the office on my reserved move in date, signed the paperwork and put our boxes in our secure room. It’s clean, climate controlled (critical in Florida), and convenient. 2019 Update - I just came back for the second year. Everything I said last year applies. I didn’t need to be shown around, so I just went online to reserve my room. Ashley called me to go over exactly which storage rooms were available so I could get the one that best fit my needs. Check in was easy. I’m happy again.😁

The manager was very helpful and the experience was very good. The only reason for 4 stars rather then 5 is the fact that my 5’ x 5’ unit in reality is 5’ wide (60 inches) by 4’ 5” ( 53 inches). So I was disappointed that I lost 1/2 foot of space when I could use every inch. Other then that I am happy at this time.

I love IStorage of Apollo beach. I previously had a controled unit with them and went out of town for a little while. As soon as we thought about coming back I immediately said “IStorage- I’m going back to them” the units are clean! It’s not a hard storage unit to move around and drive big moving trucks around either! It is very Well taken care of. Ashley has never failed me! She is so sweet and very knowledgeable. She is a dedicated work for this company and has been there the three years that I have been using their units! She doesn’t just show you one unit either- ask and you shall receive. If your unsure of sizes let her know she can show you a few different ones cause they look bigger and or smaller in person than on paper! Got a lot of valuable that you cherish and need some where to store them safely? This is the place to go! Security gate and doors, pin code access, and cameras all around; and insurance is provided or recommend you get your own!

I had an air conditioned storage space here for a few years. At one point we had an outdoor storage space as well for a small boat. The facility is very nice inside, we never had a problem with the facility and move-out was a breeze. No red tape whatsoever. Everyone that I spoke to over the years was very nice. I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I needed a space.

It was a dump some years back. Ashley cleaned it up and added moving accessories. It was a night and day difference. I recently changed units and found her to be extremely helpful in the process of showing units, making the transfer and is always extremely pleasant.
