Very friendly office staff! This company made it easy to rent a storage online. I was able to do it from the opposite side of the state so I could get moved! Their hours are reasonable. I have access when I need it. The storage facility also looks safe and secure.

Good storage prices but alot of spaces are gravel and no electric.

I needed to store some items for a month or two, Sue was extremely helpful when switching from a 20x10 to a 10x10. I haven’t used a storage unit in who knows how long but would highly recommend IStorage and ask for Sue, she rocks!

The moment a RV spot opened directly across from my storage units - I was emailed and text to be informed and was able to instantly reserve the upgraded spot from my previous. I could go on. Easy in and out. Gated. Easy parking and storage access. Just a great place to store your belongings.

Overbooked a load and needed a safe place to store one until I could get back to it. Mrs. Sue and Mr. Cliff were so sweet and friendly! They were happy to help me out in a pinch and didn't rob the wallet! If I am ever in a pinch again and in this area they will definitely be my go to place! Highly recommended!

When I arrived, I had zero expectations. I was surprised with a warm welcoming by Sue, who was a complete darling. It was nearly 100 degrees out and she was already drenched in sweat, yet she was more than happy to go back outside to help me out. She showed me around different size units and we shared some stories. I told her, I’ve been to fine restaurants that don’t offer the kind of customer service she provides. Someone give this hardworking woman a raise! The facility is also nice, there’s temperature controlled units and plenty of moving supplies, locks, etc. But dealing with Sue made the entire process seamless and fun. Highly recommend!

I rented online not quite knowing what to expect. When l arrived I inquired if we could adjust the units. Sue was so nice about handling everything to make us feel welcome. I can tell by just this one conversation that she takes the time to know the tenants. So glad we chose this place and got Super Sue!

I recently rented a unit accidentally and when I called, Cliff answered and listened to my situation. He was wonderful and understanding, hours later I was emailed from Cliff, explains that he was able to get me a full refund! An excellent storage place that is well kept. Cliff showed me around and was great to deal with, he made sure I was all set up properly.

Cheapest rates in the area. Was very simple to get set up and their workers are very kind & transparent. Renting an external parking 10x20 for my pop up camper. Large fence all around with gate codes to get in and out. Entire place is clean, organized and plenty of space! Definitely recommend.

My experience with iStorage recently was extremely satisfying. The office staff were welcoming and very helpful. My storage needs were dealt with immediately with options available as well as the flexibility to move into a larger capacity storage in needed on move-in day. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. Any changes were taken care of while we completed our move and finalized prior to departure. I would recommend this business location in Bunnell, FL without reservation.

I don’t have enough experience to compare prices of storage units but the price I pay here seems reasonable. From what other have told me, super quick and easy to get through the rent process. It’s also easy to navigate the lot and get to your unit. Gated and secured.

Ms. Sue was very nice and helpful; My issue is with the fact that the app doesn't work, I always get an error message stating "No facility was found in that location and the gate doesn't open🙁🙁🙁 I also believe that the facilities grounds need an URGENT maintenance update, there is a HUGE hole on the exit way that is DANGEROUS for all of us.

We recently rented a 10x10 unit (climate controlled) and the process was super easy and smooth. Sue was very helpful and pleasant to chat with - She even went above and beyond for us about a week after we started renting. My husband and I were in the process of moving at the beginning of May and in the overwhelming process, we misplaced a box. We reached out to Sue and she checked the footage for us, to give us some peace of mind.

I had the great privilege of having Ms.Sue as my customer service representative during a moving truck rental at the Snapbox self storage located in Bunnel, FL Her great warm customer service was God sent, during a unplanned move for work! Long as you keep up on payments, why not Snapbox? Its safely secured with locks and 24hr camera protection. Good for a room to store or a camper. Never been inside. Dont know how staff is. They helped my friend find an appartment. Seems to be good people.

Today I visited and also started renting a storage unit from Snapbox. First I was impressed I could reserve my unit a week in advance without a card on file with them and it was super easy over the phone. When I arrived it was very clean and looked very secure. Ray greeted us and answered EVERY question we had and took his time with great patience. His professionalism was superb. This initial set up of renting this storage is been a great experience and look forward to a great experience monthly with them.
