We were long time customers of iStorage in Crystal River. We had our travel trailer stored there for 12 years and never had any worries about it. The manager, Katherine is very accommodating. We had a problem with the electrical outlet our trailer was plugged into and Katherine promptly got it fixed. We will definitely use iStorage again in the future.

I have had a unit here for more than 8 yrs. I have never had a problem with the unit or management. They have always been friendly and accommodating. As with everything, the price keeps going up every year, but it is par with other places. It is better than most.

Catherine was instrumental in my selecting IStorage. She is professional, thorough and most of all kind and considerate. There are many storage facilities available in the Crystal River area however I don’t think you will receive better service anywhere than you will at this facility. You can’t go wrong.

I got stuck in a situation where I needed to clean out a storage unit that wasn't mine but that I was legally responsible for. The storage unit was at the iStorage facility in Crystal River, FL but I live in California so I couldn't handle things on site. Because of legal requirements there were a lot of details to be handled which would have been a huge hassle to take care of from out of state. Fortunately I had the great good luck of having Catherine the manager of the Crystal River iStorage facility to help me out. She did way more than her job required and saved me a huge amount of time, hassle and money. She couldn't have been more helpful, competent, gracious and reassuring through the whole hectic experience. I completely recommend Catherine and iStorage to anyone looking for a storage company in the Crystal River area.

Simplicity and helpfulness were the keys to this being successful. I did this remotely from Ohio and needed to coordinate with the furniture store. The receptionist was very very aware of how to make this work and the cost was minimal! I highly recommend their business.

From walking into the office Catherine was welcoming and helped immediately to assist with my needs on rental and answered all of my questions with a smile and a delightful warm personality to finding both storage rooms clean and in good shape. I feel that the things I stored are safe from any leaks and intrusion with this location of Istorage also a good fit.

I used this location for about a year it was very easy working with them they are friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs, I had to comend a gentleman by the name of Chris as one day I was locked out of my unit and he helped me solve the issue and not excepting anything for his help and these days it is almost impossible to find businesses that have valuable employees like this, I would recommend this storage to my friends and family!

Easy process in obtaining a unit to rent. Staff (Katherine) was very nice and helpful with transaction. She explained rules and regulations. First experience has been great.

I've been renting a 120 sq ft unit for three months. The management is responsive but the prices are high over $200 for a unit that is AC'd but they keep the thermostat at 80 degrees. I really wish it was kept at 75. They also make you buy insurance for $15.00 a month. This was the only option for storage with A/C

Best Storage Facility Yet We've had storage units in four cities and this is the nicest, cheapest, and best managed facility yet. Management went out of their way to accommodate our short term and long term storage needs. The units are spacious and easy to get to. Our last two required tricky driving or long walks to the unit. This one lets us drive right up to the door and walk a short distance to the unit. The room is also taller than our last units and it is cheaper air-conditioned than were previous un-airconditioned units. I highly recommend iStorage.

What a great place! I haven’t had the opportunity to need a storage unit in over 30 years. When I explained that I only needed a unit for less than a month and had a large piece of furniture to store, they went out of their way to accommodate me and gave me an unbelievable discount. Went to rent a U-Haul. There's a lady named Katherine that works there. She was so helpful, polite and had excellent customer service. She was able to answer every question I asked and was very helpful. This was not the first time she has helped me. I also rented a storage unit back in July. This lady knows her job and does it terrific! :)

From my initial telephone call to signing an agreement to moving my belongings into the facility, Chris made it a cost-effective, painless and great experience for myself. We stored our stuff in their large, air conditioned unit for several months. They have great customer service, reasonable prices and their units are very clean and dry! They have an appliance dolly and u-hauls on site to rent which is very convenient! We never had an issue going to our unit after closing hours and there was always a cart near our unit to use for free when we were loading and unloading!

Katherine and Chris have always been most respectful and patient,as well as informed about all aspects of storage.Considering the fact that I have rented six storage units from istorage in the last seven months and I've been in and out quite frequently, I believe my perspective is an honest one on these two lovely young people. I believe whoever hired them was very smart to do so. The storage was meant to be temporary, I've moved ,and no longer need the storage units. My entire experience with iStorage so far has exceeded my expectations. Their website was easy to navigate and I could easily see what size units were available and the prices were clearly listed. The young man who helped me select the unit was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The units were very clean and I really was impressed with the security gates and cameras.

Ms Katherine's the best manager this establishment has ever had and I have been with your company a very long time and Kathrine is the greatest girl!!! Oh mr Chris is a pretty good guy too!!

The staff was very helpful, the unit is clean, and the access is very easy. Friends of mine have had a unit in this location for several years and have not had any problems or issues.

I recently moved from up north. I had scheduled a couple of guys to help me unload the moving trailer. Unfortunately, they didn't show up. Ray was kind enough to call another couple of guys to assist me. They showed up quickly enough and I was able to get the job done. My storage unit is clean and the climate control is wonderful to have to keep my possessions from getting ruined.

We have had a unit with Ray for close to 2 yrs. And the service is " Top kotch " And the units are soooooo clean, all the ground are very, very well kept.
