Storage prices are decent and seems to be safe. The issues I've had is that they only have a couple of metallic platforms on the 2nd floor to reach high level storages. A couple more platforms would be helpful so costumers don't have to leave or wait until someone is done using it. This has happened to me more than 4 times already.

This storage unit is amazing. It is very clean, organized, and air-conditioned. The staff is amazing as well. I had a small issue when I signed up online but the on-site manager Nina was able to fix my problem within 10 minutes of calling and with great customer service which I really appreciated - this makes a big difference when you are under stress.

I have not yet moved my items into storage, but I had to give a review on the customer service received so far! I decided to call into this storage location after reading great reviews on the place and the customer service, and as all the recent reviews mention, Nina's customer service is stellar! She was able to accommodate my needs right away, assuring me that she would do all she could to find me what I was looking for. She promised she would call me back the next day to let me know what was available, and she actually called me 15 minutes later with a unit that was available. Although this may not always be the case, it shows that Nina is on top of customers' needs and is doing all that she can to make them happy! I have yet to see the location in person, but if it's taken care of as great as Nina takes care of her customers, I can already tell that I will be happy I went with iStorage!

I've been to many storage units... without a doubt, taking away the hardships of moving from place to place the gentlemen that attended to my needs from day one, made my experience a very easy and pleasant one. In spite of the broken elevator and the inability to come in on the weekend is worth the effort because of Giovanni. I'd also like to mention that there was not just a professional deminor about him but a personal one as well.From time to time I would be checked upon, asked if I needed help, water etc.. I will be more than happy to recommend Light House Storage, and more importantly have anyone that chooses this facility to ask and hopefully end up working with Mr. Giovanni Nolasco.
