For me to be able to remain at this location is important to me. Bringing me water on a hot day of moving and accommodating me when i could not get in the gate late one evening...having her greet me in her golf cart with a smile and laughter....haggling with a stuck lock and key! lol. Frankly, the list goes on and on! What a breath of fresh air to have this type of first class customer service and someone who gives of their time so happy and freely ... Great customer service at both locations in Panama City Beach location. Got the best price for being on Hwy 98!

Staff is so-so and hit-and-miss as far as service goes. The place does need some upgrades. Fences surrounding the perimeter are still down from a hurricane in 2018. Weeds are not mowed in dirt parking areas. They allow boat and trailer parking alongside units which creates hazards for driving. Some outdoor parking spaces are now junk piles. They allow just about anything to be stored there. It looks like Sanford & Son. New owners took over and immediately raised rents. The place has changed owners three times in the past 3 years. They now offer lower rents to new tenants than longtime renters. So unfair. Some of the people they rent to are less than desirable. I believe one is running a chop shop out of their unit.

My husband and I went storage unit shopping as we will be in need of a short term, small storage unit starting in the Summer through Fall for our time in PCB. We met Carla and she showed us a 5x5 and a 5x10. The property was clean, secure, and the rates reasonable. Carla was professional, informative, and very helpful. She did not make us feel rushed like staff at a couple other locations made us feel.

Employees are doing a great job and seem to be taking good care of property, do have a work unit and a boat currently on your property and all is good.

Online renting was easy. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Easy access, storage unit and area around it clean, well lit and well kept.

The manager Carla was amazing, answering all my questions for possible lease information on parking spots for my Mini Cooper and my jet skis due to upcoming home renovation.

Carla helped fix the messed up reservation. Carla was working hard, assisting me and the facility functions. Disappointed I could not used the water. Security lighting was not functioning. I need the water on site, to rinse my boat and equipment I store and use while I am there.. In short, I needed the water!

My husband & I needed a storage unit asap. We can several different places but Surfside Storage was able to get us a storage unit, quick and easy. Very friendly service & we highly recommend!

I worked with Cindy to find the perfect unit for me. I needed close access and climate controlled. The size was perfect for what I had to store. She also left a cylinder lock for me to use or buy in the unit. I was able to get the 1/2 discount advertised on their website for the first month. The units are easy to get to and spaced apart well. I would definitely recommend Snapbox for anyone needing storage in Panama City Beach and surrounding areas.

I had originally only been able to rent a space for my 12 ft trailer and because there was no room for my 22 ft trailer I had to rent another place for it. Some last min issues came up with the other storage place we had rented from and I called Cindy at Snapbox and asked if there was any possible way to fit my other trailer at their facility. She went above and beyond to help me get a spot and it was an awesome experience. I really appreciate what she did for us last minute. Definitely would recommend using them.

Called a month ago to RSVP a storage unit, had to wait two weeks before, I called and Ally helped me, loved her customer service, even though they were closed on that Monday I got told to call back, I called Ally two hours out and she waited for me to get there before leaving for lunch. Ally took her time to explain how everything works and how to lock It correctly (since my boyfriend has issues with his lock on his unit (His Error) Friendly place and Convenient location!

If you are looking for storage in the Panama City Beach area, Snapbox Storage is the only place to go! It is centrally located on the beach, clean and secure with a coded gate, and the people who work at Snapbox really care about their customers. A few months ago, I thought I had lost my unit at auction, and when I called to check, I was greeted by a very nice and enthusiastic assistant manager named Allie. She gave me the wonderful news that my unit was “by the grace of God” still there. (Allie informed me later that the regional manager, Allison, had been the one to save my unit from auction for months past my due date, and I’m forever grateful to her for this gift!) I was in tears, so relieved that my unit was safe, and Allie was so awesome in helping me get my billing all sorted out and my new lease signed. Thanks so much Allie...you rock! Patty, the other manager at this store, was also very helpful when I stopped by to pay up on the unit and get my new keys. I can rest easy knowing my stuff is safe at Snapbox Storage, and I wouldn’t store my belongings anywhere else in this town.

I’ve been renting a unit here for over a year now. They do a very good job at keeping everything clean outside around the units. The employees are very nice and friendly. There is one employee that has done a wonderful job and has took time out of her day to call to remind me that my storage payment is due, always asks me how I’m doing when I go into the office, and always doing her best to make sure that the customers are always smiling when they leave. Her name is Allie Ganoe. If you’re thinking about renting a storage unit, go by and talk to her.
