I storage is a great place to store your things not only do you have to type in a code to enter you have to type in a code to exit also located off Mobile highway in a good convenient place to store your things very helping and friendly staff to help you with every need you need and to make it work for you somehow or another they're great you should check them out!!

Great job by management specifically Richard. Auction was won and phone directions with a good introduction was easily handled. My questions regarding payment, deposit, other fees, and some including additional product knowledge were answered as well.

Istorage is a good place to store your things. Peaceful, private and best of all they have great customer service. Richie is great and deserves a raise for his pleasant demeanor and attentiveness to details and problem solving. I can tell he cares and that’s hard to come by.

Log on. Find your local facility. Sign the docs and you get the storage room number and the gate code. Just like that. In fact, it was so simple, I didn’t believe it!

Well when we opened the door we right a way went for the light but the switch was broken and the light does not work..We stopped at office to report it and was told it would be fixed..So hopefully it will be working on our next visit....

Great prices when you compare with others. Very clean unit. Easy access. Rented 100% online - no hassles, no people, no phone calls. I just picked my move in date and everything went very smoothly and gate code etc worked as it should. Super happy and love it when things work out like they should.

Very clean. The staff is great. I rented a unit, and the day of moving i realized the first unit was to small. The process to get upgrade was stress free and took a few minutes and didn't break my pocket.

If I could give a half of a star I would.Normally ID give them a full 5 stars, but tonite, nope.Its ALWAYS been 24hrs and im returning 5 mins later to find myself locked out the main gate with my purse locked inside my unit ...along with my medication and house key..thanks a lot.. EDIT: I must update my review.Yes I wrote this review while I was pretty upset,but I can say that the owners/ managers HAVE done everything in their power to help me out.So review edited to 4 stars.Id totally give 5 if we were allowed to use the dumpster AGAIN!!!!!!
