This was my first experience using a storage facility and I couldn't be happier. Both Donna and Mike were so easy to work with and accommodating. They went above and beyond to assist us with our move into the two 10x20 units. They saved us a trip from TN by checking that the movers had moved everything from our units to the moving truck. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed with their excellent service.

Clerk was very thorough and helpful clerk helped me get the right size unit. The place is clean and has carts for your use. Update: I've had to juggle the contents of my unit involving loading heavy bins into my car. I was able to back my vehicle up a loading ramp where I wheeled the cart right to the trunk. The staff is super easy to work with and very accomodating.

Donna and Mike were extremely helpful and professional while assisting me with deciding size and type of storage unit I needed. This facility and staff are top- notch and It’s apparent they enjoy their job and the customers needs are at the forefront. In my opinion, they hit it out of the ballpark.

Stopped in on Saturday unsure on which kind of unit I needed. Donna went above and beyond and showed me numerous units. Her knowledge and commitment to her customers are second to none. I look forward to renting with her.

Stopped by to check out a couple of units and I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful Mike and Donna were. Other places get upset when you don't make an immediate decision. That means a lot to me. I will be back.

I have had my valued belongings here for over two years and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I have had the pleasure of meeting Donna and Mike in the last several months. I travel some distance to get to my storage and I am always greeted by Donna who has always arrived early and I really appreciate that. Both Donna and Mike have been ready to lend a helping hand when they see someone needs it, I haven’t anyone living in the area to help me. I was visiting my aunt in Florida this month and we stopped here to grab some things from her unit. Everything was super clean and the staff was very friendly! If your in the area I would highly recommend istorage.

Friendly/prompt service and nice facilities. Only negative is your storage unit doesn't have 24 hour access as you can only access during iStorage hours.

This is a great storage unit. I have had a unit at this facility for over 3 years now. Stephanie is wonderful in the office. She helped me get a better rate and combine my two units to one bigger unit to save money. It is climate controlled and secured. She knows I am a teacher and even told me about a school supply on sale when I was there today. She is extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Everyone is great the only problem that they have is that the inside units in the main building have shorter access hours than the other buildings because staff needs to be there to admit you to the building. If you can work with that restriction you are good to go and they make you aware of that right up front 👍great customer service

Could not have been better.....pleasant, knowledgeable person....made the transaction a pleasure.

Reasonable rates convenient to South Gulf Cove. We brought a loaded U-Haul which we also turned in here. The place is clean, one thing to be aware of, this is a single story building, the upper units are stacked on top of the lower units and are reached with portable stairs or a portable electric lift. Kind of scary using that but all things considered a decent place to store some stuff.

I had been at this location for a couple years and was extremely pleased with the service and location. Unfortunately yesterday I had to move my stuff farther south so we had to part ways for now. If you are near this area I highly recommend storing here.
